Megan and Madelyn are so welcoming and professional, and I couldn't be happier with how each service turned out. Every aspect of the visit was outstanding. Can't wait to get back in for more!

I've been going to Megan for facial services, and she is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk into her stylish space, you feel welcomed and relaxed. Megan is not only incredibly skilled and professional but she also genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time to understand my concerns and customizes my treatments to deliver the best results. Her knowledge of skin health and the ingredients in her products she uses is truly impressive. She takes the time to assess your skins needs and explains the treatments. She says up to date on the newest techniques and tools and is happy to share her expertise. Thanks to her advise and treatments over the past couple of years my skin has improved dramatically- I've noticed a significant difference in texture hydration and over all glow.

Megan takes the time to listen to what you want, is precise and skilful. She uses high quality products and her attention to detail is first class. Overall - was probably the best facial I’ve ever had. Don’t get me wrong, she knows what she’s doing.
What I wasn’t happy about:
When I booked: the facial was listed at $125.
When I payed: it was $250 with tax and tip.

Now I’m no math magician but all day it bothered me. The math didn’t math. So I checked the receipt.

The facial ended up being $175 - okay, raised your prices, I personally would have honoured what a client had booked.

2.5% credit card fee - 😒 I hate when businesses add on this fee instead of including it their price point

Now what really killed me - 8$ for samples!!!! $4 each. When she said “I’ll give you some samples I assumed they’d be free” Nope. $4 each per “sample”

The facial was amazing, but the pricing transparency kills me.

Megan is kind, accommodating, friendly and knowledgable. I would not trust anyone else with my eyebrows or lashes!
