Great service. I have auto delivery so they show up when their chart says I’m getting low and have never came close to running out. Discount if you pay within 7 days. Service tech knows his stuff with furnaces.

Went over to get my bbq propane tank filled. Curtis came out and was super friendly and asked how my days going. Pricing was attractive even for a little bbq tank. 1 driver was filling his truck and waved as I came in seemed super friendly. Andrew (I believe he is the owner) came out of the shop and started to chat with me, asking how my day was and wished me a great weekend. Overall great and easy experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Will be going back to fill up again once I run out. Also currently in talks to switch over my propane heat for my house to Collingwood Fuels as well.

These people are crooks.
They will steal your money all because it’s a Wednesday and Shelley and Mira are having a bad day.
((Those are the 2 very unprofessional ladies at the front ). Shelley is a bully and taunted me saying “ aweee do you have no heat? Are you and your baby freezing?” ( said in a bully tone and she even laughed at me at the end) Then proceeded to put me on hold for 20 MINS! While she went to find the debit sale ( she just couldn’t find) for $600.00 3 days prior as we paid and then they just didn’t come deliver. She is terrible at her job and RUDE beyond belief. Especially to children. How dare she say that about a 2 year old. She hopes we’re freezing? Get this lady out if that office.

Charged on debit and paid $600.00 forced to wait 3 days for fuel because she simply didn’t want to pick up the phone and call a driver out. No other reason. If they are that lacking in trucks and employees perhaps people should take their business elsewhere to a more reliable company as collingwood fuels is NOT that!

The second picture is from the driver 3 days later and it says the total cost for 501 litres is $580.00
We were charged $600.00 for 500 litres.
Do you see the problem. We were charged $600 for something that costs $580.
Crooks.
Also says charge to account. Which means they want to charge us for that $580. Even after paying $600.

You can make your own decisions but these people are thieves. Just call the other company’s in the area and say their name. The response you get from those companies should tell you enough. They either laugh at this company or tell you flat out how many complaints they have had and how collingwood fuels has no morals.

Have only had great experiences with everyone who works at Collingwood Fuels. We've been impressed with every interaction we've had starting from the beginning when salesman who came out when we began building our house, to the men who came and ran our lines and hooked up our tank, the woman in accounting who has always been super helpful when we pay our bills and then again today when I sent an email (after 7pm last night) Andrew showed up at noon to come check my lines before we dug. We couldn't be happier with the services they offer and would recommend them to anyone.
