Had a bad leg break and taken to ER. Doctors and nurses were amazing. They r a great team and I loved how they worked together. I saw doctors assisting nurses several times and really appreciated the smiles and teamwork in ER. Made my time there enjoyable.. even though the circumstances I was there was due to a fractured tibia plateau.
Paramedics were also very caring and kept assuring I was okay and making me comfortable. Awesome at their job!!!

WORST hospital in Ontario, avoid if you can!!! According to their website they triage you with in 15 minutes! This is a lie. People with broken bones, cuts on their bodies, bleeding all over the floor and not 1 person working there to be found! Doctors walk by and see the blood on the floor and keep on walking! No concern for patients at all! After someone decides to triage the patients, They shove you all in a hallway and expect you to wait for hours and hours with open wounds bleeding all over! After 3 hours of waiting we asked if they clean the wound (even if they couldn’t get the stitches done right away) we were told “NO, go sit down until we call your name” while all the nurses are sitting in their butts laughing and drinking coffee! Not one patient was called back for 2 hours! This hospital is beyond ridiculous, no care for their patients at all! Disgusting!

awful AWFUL experiences every time I’ve been to this hospital!!
i’m aware that not all nurses are bad, but recently I came to see n treat department for what i believed was an ear infection. Nurse named Joanne yanked and shoved my ear hard, proceeded to shove an ear flush syringe up against my eardrum making my pain WORSE!! wait times are horrible, the attitude from the nurses are almost even worse.

Absolutely horrific hospital to go to !
I was sent to the emergency department by my family doctor due to a bacterial infection they could not treat at the doctors office. I was sent over with a doctors note stating his concerns, I waited in triage for over 2 hours to be seen then once I was looked at by triage I was placed in a room and told to put on a gown, 2 hours later someone came and asked if I wanted any pain medication I said yes. 4 hours after that interaction with the nurse still no medication nor doctor. To leave a pregnant woman starving in a freezing cold room in pain beyond measure is just lovely also the fact that her doctor sent her there because he’s afraid she will go septic if not treated right away would make you think that you would be treated a little bit bitter. After a loving 8 hours at the hospital and still no sign of a doctor .I much rather die than experience this again

We were told when we got here the waiting time would be 5 hours we've been here longer and have watched 10 people who showed up after us go in and leave while there are still people who were here before we even showed up. We came in for my daughters leg who had cut it open while playing outside. The wait time is pathetic and they grab people in a random order leaving some people waiting hours while others are out in a couple minutes. I've never felt so frustrated while at a hospital. And there's been times when I've waited a long time but the amount of people who went in before my daughter got seen that showed up after we have already been waiting for 3 hours is honestly disappointing and I wish we had just gone to the barrie hospital instead.

I was on the floor for two days and was covered in my own ex. Nobody to help me in the apartment as a senior being neglected ended up with influenza and they got me well. The nurses are good. Support workers need to learn a bit of compassion I wasn’t going through a hard time but some of the older people there they weren’t helping them and they were just bitching about their back lifting old man couldn’t get out. I wanna see comparison in hospital but the doctors did get me out of there. I’m off to Alberta now.

Dec 23, 2024. Doctor seem today was useless!! Told him I had an infection and he said to take Tylenol which I've been taking for 5 days with no relief. I told him I need antibiotics and he brushed me off and sent me home. NO help here with useless doctor. Now I have to go to a Walk-in Clinic which doesn't make sense after leaving a Hospital!! Very disappointed!

My daughter sits up there for hours with her one year old who hasn't been eating the last few days, so congested that she's vomiting up mucus many times a day, cries all day and other people who have come in after her in there 20 and 30s get seen first and the one year old is waiting for hours. Worst hospital I have ever know. I'd rather drive to Owen Sound, meaford, Midland, or Barrie before going to the Collingwood Hospital. It's a joke there. The way they prioritize their patients is exactly why they have been sued so many times. Too many deaths on their hands because of this.
