I was desperately searching for someone to come to my mom's house once a week for an hour to help her shower. Other places insisted on a contract for three times a week for 4 hours at a time. I dis nit need that. Then I called Comfort Keepers. They were so helpful. They cared to help me and not just to get a contract. And they did! It has been a great experience. They truly care to work with their clients and care for people. 10/10!

waited for much longer than anticipated for an appointment with a nurse. asked for someone who can prescribe from the beginning, otherwise there is no point. finally got a visit this morning and the nurse can't prescribe. communication hasn't been good.

Comfort Keepers Ottawa (CKO) provides excellent care for my disabled family members through Family Managed Home Care. Our provincial Health Care system is full of gaps; some of those are deadly. Caring for 2 disabled seniors can be a heavy task. I went through a nightmare bringing a disabled senior to visit another in TOH. TOH did not deal with freezing rain from the previous day near their parking meters. It literally almost killed me 100 meters from TOH's door. I spent 21 days in TOH and was ejected home alone with a shattered leg that couldn't be cast without supports or even crutches. CKO helped at a time when others refused. They covered some of the gaps so I could recover and get back to caring for my family. I won't forget that!

Lillian and her team at Comfort Keeoers are stellar . They have provided excellent PSW service with sincerity, expertise, patience , empathy and grace . I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for PSW services, especially for senior citizens. Thanks, Nze
