The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She sounded unhappy doing her job then maybe she should not be working there and answering calls.

The most awful, awful secretaries. Short grey haired older lady, working there my entire life, and has never once been able to show an ounce of kindness. Refuses to fax forms when they are supposed to be, putting you behind medically with appointments. Horrible horrible people here.

just had to call do get a letter from my past Dr. to fax to my new family Dr. for a prescription I needed refilled in another province.. I'm appalled by how rude and insensitive these secretaries are, especially Dr Smiths secretary! all I've ever herd is complaints about the office staff there and experienced it first had while I lived there. The doctors there are fantastic!! I can't stress that enough and recommend them to everyone!!! very caring and insightful, everything you want in a doctor, but you have to deal with the office staff and its disgusting they way they treat you over the phone.

My family have been going to Dr Darrel Hogan for years he is Phenomenal, the best family Dr we have ever had, he is sincere,kind,friendly and most of all he actualy cares about his patients genuinely, he is nothing short of the best, always got a smile. He dont rush you out, no wait time, he cares about what you and what you have to say. His only concern is his patients health. We trust him with our life. We have been blessed to have him in our life.
His secretary Anne Marie is out standing in every way, she is kind considerate and does her very best to accommodate everyone. We are grateful to have her in our life as well. We fell so blessed to have both Dr.Hogan and Anne Marie be a part of us.

Doctors are fabulous, wait time almost always short. However there are 2 or 3 front staff that are hard to deal with and 1 specific receptionist that is down right rude and ignorant on the phone and in person. Years ago I wrote a letter to her boss but nothing changed.
The clinic also has the convenience of their own phlebotomist. For $20 you can have your blood work and urine tests done on site as long as you show up before noon.

I've been going to this clinic for years. The only reason that I've stayed is because the doctors here are phenomenal, if and when you can get in to see them.

As many other reviews confirm, the secretaries here must be the worst in the business. They are rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and have no compassion for their patients. This is especially true for Dr. Smith's secretary, a woman named Buela. On one occasion I left this clinic in tears because she had been so unkind and harsh towards me.

My doctor, Dr. Hogan, is simply outstanding! The staff are no doubt very overworked and are always busy from my perspective. Many say they are rude etc. but I see them as overworked, busy and dealing with rude patients. I always make appointments and have yet to wait more than 5-10 minutes to see my doctor.

Never a long wait Dr Hogan very thorough he doesn't like leaving anything out.office staff friendly and personable love the convenience of phone appointments but will see u in office at request.
