I am new to Brantford and was in need of legal advice which then lead me to the Community employment services on the 1st floor Tammy & Jody went over and beyond in my eyes with the type of assistance I received. While I was using their computers I also noticed other patrons coming in for assistance and Jody kept her cool, her tone remained consistent and kind, she never used an authoritative tone which could easily escalate those with special needs seeking for employment services. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and this is what this establishment provided. I am a federal employee and would recommend this place for anyone in need of computer, printing, job searching and all the other services they provide!

The last time i used the food bank, i was actually early for my appointment, but like three people ended up going in front of me, one ladys appointment was after mine, and two people had appointments for the previous day ended up going in front of me. I stood in line and didn't get seen till 45 minutes after my appointment time and barely got anything. I usually come early in the morning but i couldn't because i had a phone call i needed to make. Not very impressed seeing as i havent been in a couple months.
