Compassionate Heart Home Care provides exceptional service and care. Intended to supplement care provided by a different provider through Ontario Health at Home, we expected similar service. What we got instead was incredibly responsive, prompt, and punctual communication and scheduling from the beginning. We had the opportunity to express our wants and needs which were all accommodated. Gloria has worked hard during the home visits so far working independently and far exceeding our expectations. We have a lot less stress now knowing the care will be consistent and what we need it to be. Thanks again!

Compassionate Heart Home Care has been a tremendous support in caring for my 94 year old step-mother who lives alone and quite far away from any family members. From the first visit they were professional, caring and most importantly putting my step mom’s comfort and safety first. Not only do I not have to worry about my step mom, I know she is in good hands, but I have truly enjoyed meeting all the care givers and staff involved. Everyone has been so kind and again, putting the elderly persons comfort first above all else. I would highly recommend CHHC to anyone needing home care.

Mom had an episode one evening where we were concerned she needed to go to the ER. We live 3 hours from her. Before calling 911, we called Jamesi—after business hours—for a sanity check and consult. Jamesi validated our concerns and echoed that mom needed to go to ER. The ER doctor treated her for a post surgical infection that was turning serious. Jamesi was really there for us in that challenging moment.

In an overwhelming time, post major surgery, Rebecca and Jamesi at Compassionate Heart Home Care provided peace of mind and relief, allowing us to focus on what truly matters—mom’s recovery and comfort.
