These People are extremely nice BUT.
We bought 3 2022 & 2023 dimond 53’ dryvans from them and their airbags keep breaking apart on all of them, till now we spent $5000 on replacing them on service calls on the way.
DIMOND TRAILERS ARE COMPLETE PIECE OF GARBAGE …!
We regret buying them and advise other trucking companies to stay away from them aswell, they are built of extremely cheap stuff.
WEAVEY WALLS.
BAD UNDERNEATH FITTINGS.
INNER WALLS KEEP FALLING OFF.
BAD AIRBAGS AND COMPONENTS.
We have 30 trailers in fleet, newer and older than these but these DIMONDS are the worst.
Please buy other brand old trailers but never buy NEW dimond trailers, you end up having lots of downtime and repairs..😡

I had an oversize load on a trailer that needed repair, literally across the street from their shop. Called Dustin and he sent his guys over. Turned out there were a couple other issues. They dealt with it and got it fixed up in record time. Awesome service, thank-you Dustin and your techs.

This company is scam, Don't even thing doing business with them. They sale 5 trailers to our company saying that we can get the trailers max in one year and they charge $21,750 deposit they never provide trailers now they say you need to wait one more year and not for that price what we agree and they don't want to return the deposit of $21,750 they say deposit is not refundable THEY DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT WHAT THEY SALE AND TAKE DOPOSIT but the deposit is not refundable !!!
