I recently visited Congdon's Medical Supply & Equipment in Edmonton, and I had a fantastic experience. The store offers a wide range of medical supplies, from mobility aids to incontinence products, and everything in between. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent recommendations based on my specific needs. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. If you're in need of medical supplies or equipment, I highly recommend Congdon's. They offer top-notch service and quality products!

The OT at my dad's care facility recommended specialty shoes for my dad as he was walking so much and has toe deformities that cause him pain. They recommended purchasing them from Congdon's because they had excellent customer service. When I called I spoke to Maddie at Congdon's, she listened to what my dad's needs were and made recommendations then worked with the OT to get the correct measurements. The next day, she had two different styles of shoes in two different sizes delivered to the care facility and just asked that once I had chosen what I was keeping to call or send her an email and they would come and pick them up. I was able to call and provide credit card over the phone. Maddie made the process so easy and stress free for me. She bent over backwards so I could purchase shoes (Pedors) quickly and without having to leave dads care centre. I am so grateful for her help and 100% recommend Congdon's for health care products and aids.

Jazlynn was amazingly patient and helpful while we tried on many different braces. She was knowledgeable and was able to help us find the right one. A very clean store and friendly staff!! There also was no scented products that we could smell so I had no allergic reactions to scent!! This will be our first stop for any medical necessities in the future.

They will deliver next day anywhere in the city which is more convenient than the old store we were using.

They also sent a welcome package with some extra products we've never used before.
