Honestly, Dr. Alsaidi is the worst doctor ive ever known. He doesnt take any interest in his patients care.. He doesnt do follow-ups. I did a MRI and was anxiously waiting for my report and the results went to the doctors office and he never called me in . I had to call to follow up and thats how i got an appointment and he does the same thing with blood works. Also, he doesnt acurately read the reports as he barely scans it over and dosent tell you what the report says. I had to ask for my results/reports everytime and analysed them using the internet. He has become the laugh in my household with his slight regards for my health. I kept going to him because he was a way to get my specialist appointmemts. He doesnt take the time to know you and what conditions you have and recheck to see how you are doing on each visit. His concerns are all about missing an appoinment. He got mad at me because i missed too appointments in a year and i had 3 missed appoinment last year. He yelled at me that the most missed appoinment i should have in a year is 4 so i told him to look at the previous ones and he will see thay they were for last year...he clicked on one of the appointment and said 2023 so i said you see its only 2 for this year. He yelled at me again then you should have none. Funny, angry man..smh. in addition, based on an MRI report he received for me i told him to do a specialist referral so that i could get more details. He referred me to a Urologist instead of a Nephrologist and had me sitting for almost 6 months waiting for this appoitment. The Urologist asked me why i was seeing her and not a Nephrologist ---i was livid. I went back to this Dr. and he did not even apologize but tells me that both Specialists are the ssme in his book..hence im done with this doctor..he cant be trusted.

I am a new patient here and I have been about 3 times so far for appointments. The doctor is a very professional, kind and patient man. He is also very thorough and listens to what is going on with your health. The clinic seems to be very busy, as the whole neighbourhood has been waiting through the pandemic and construction for the offices to open. I have had scheduled appointments every time I have been, and I haven’t found the wait to be that long compared to any other healthcare setting I have experienced. The waiting room does seem to be quite busy and full depending on what time you go. I have seen that walk-ins will have to wait longer depending on how many people show up at the same time looking for care. If it’s really crazy with people coming in, they may have to temporarily stop accepting walk-ins. The office is fairly new and has basically just opened. I think the huge number of people coming in all at once is a little overwhelming for the ladies at the front desk, but they are friendly and do their best to accommodate everyone and keep things moving. I’m very happy that they have opened and I think that the community is very lucky to have them here. If you do go for a walk-in, try to pick a less busy time and just try your best to be patient! As well, the pharmacy seems to not have a whole lot of medications in stock so far, so depending when you need your medication(s) you may want to use Shoppers or another pharmacy if you need it within a day or two. That’s about it!! 🙂

I an a new patient! DR El Assadi is a great welcoming doctor, a great listener (even if I had to wait extra 1 hour and half past my appointment time to see him..)
But I was chocked today when I called seeking for some information, the lady on the reception just wanted to end the call and she DID it while I was literally still speaking and asking questions!!!! I am very disappointed of the unprofessionalisme... I hope in the future we'll see a better behavior. Otherwise, we'll have to change our family doctor unfortunately

This place is great I see reviews about receptionist is not professional but that is not true don't go by the reviews the staffs are very professional every time I have to get appointments or walk in they make sure we get attended. If it is waiting they will tell us and when will be our turn.Doctor alsadi also very nice knowledgeable doctor definitely recommended this place

Dr.bassam ghazalah is my family doctor and after a really long period of time i found a really good family doctor, hes one of the best doctors whenever i visit for me or my family doctor ghazalah listens to you carefully and patiently. The staff is so friendly as well, the staff understands your problems and needs and will always try helping you.

Doctor is very friendly and professional but the receptionists are very rude.Had no respect at all. We were registered over there but went as walk in because my little one had a fever.They said they are not accepting walk in and had no humanity the way she reacted. As a medical professional I do understand how busy the health care settings are and the doctor also an individual who has his own capacity to work. All I would request from the receptionists is have some respect and you can always give the negative feedback in a positive way specially to a parent or even any person who desperately need help.
We cancelled our registration and we would rather drive to Toronto to his paediatrician rather than being disrespected in a difficult moment.

Sometimes many people are waiting for their turn but despite this, the staff and Dr try their best to do as fast as they can and make the waiting short.
