Dr Heather Ferguson is my family Dr.
What a fantastic awesome amazing wonderful and friendly Dr.
She is so caring and understanding.
I felt that I mattered to her.
Dr Ferguson talks with you and to you in such a way that you can understand her and know you are valued and feel safe with her
I would highly recommend Dr Heather Ferguson for your Dr.
Even though I am moving out of the province soon, While I am sad to say good bye...I hope I can find a Dr similar to Dr Heather. Ferguson.

The place is great, but doctor Ferguson is not a good doctor. She will close her eyes while talking to you making you feel discriminated, and less than. Highly would NOT recommend her as a doctor but the co-operative health center is great. Subtract her it's perfect

It has been several times, They are not able to do perform.
Lost a sample.
Forgot to take test.

Need to be accountable for everything. Everyone is busy in life, patients don't have time and strength to come back Ang give sample again and again. Very poor.

Hi, can someone explain why your pharmacy refused a Treaty First Nations patient an OTC for Nix? Which we are allowed BY LAW and TREATY to get free under NIHB coverage? Why are you discriminating against treaty members? This is Treaty 6 territory. Remember where you are.

First day, I go in at 4:20pm and ask where their blood lab is and the receptionist tells me they’re closed at 4:15pm. I ask why the website says they’re closed at 5 and she doesn’t respond. The next day I come back at noon and I ask again where the blood lab is and the same receptionist snaps back and says they’re closed from 12-1 for lunch. The receptionist was rude and not helpful at all. I came back after 1pm and there was a new receptionist who pointed me in the right direction. I get downstairs to the lab and they take my paper, I wait about 10 minutes and they ask me if I have an appointment. I said no I don’t because I was told this is a walk in clinic, the lady said no we’re not a walk in. But here’s the kicker, the week before I dropped of my teenage brother to get bloodwork and HE WALKED IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. This place has terrible customer service and no consistency. Just go to the South Hill Mall for bloodwork because this place is a joke.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I had a doctors appointment and had to visit the lab for a urine sample. Even though there was a lineup, they quickly got people cycled through and on their way. My appoinment also went quickly. My doctor, Dr Rousseau is such a great doctor and guy to talk with. He has helped me out so much since I started seeing him. Ever since covid though. I miss the front entrance door. It's such a small entrance to go through the side entrance door.

I've been attending this clinic for many many years...and they're standard and what they strive for all gumaity is really taken serious...they really truly follow the hypocritical oath...regardless of it no longer being mandatory...wonderfully comforting loving staff...and caring convenient pharmacy with wonderful staff...honestly the best clinic in town...
