I had a fantastic experience at Core Pharmacy! They came to my rescue by filling a last-minute prescription when my local pharmacy out of town was unexpectedly closed. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. I've also started going there for travel consultations, and I couldn't be more impressed. Their thoroughness and attention to detail really stand out. Highly recommend Core Pharmacy for all your pharmaceutical needs!

I could not have been more impressed with the travel consultation provided by Mike. I have received numerous in the past, and he far exceeded all with his knowledge and thoroughness. He took a lot of time to review my routine vaccines before going in to travel specific ones, and actually helped me realize that I was missing some from childhood which I was able to receive during my visit. Then once we were talking about travel, he went above and beyond. For example, I learned many new things about insect bite and rabies prevention despite being a very seasoned traveller. Overall he spent almost an hour explaining things, and enthusiastically answering questions. It couldn’t have been better value. Thank you Mike!

Big shoutout to core pharmacy!! I am beyond grateful for the support I have always received from them and how accommodating they are and Marc the owner is so knowledgeable and kind. He always go above and beyond to make sure you get everything right. Please guys support that business. They also deliver so that made my life easier haha specially being single mom and not driving I just give them a call and get everything delivered. I have been using them from last almost 2 years now and always the whole staff amazed me with their exceptional support.

Exceptional business, where "above and beyond" in customer service seems to be their baseline. I cannot speak more highly of this pharmacy or of Tracy, who does an exceptional job at looking after her customers with great compassion and care. My prescriptions were also delivered right to my door, which was such a helpful service given my medical state. So much gratitude for Core Pharmacy and Tracy!

Absolutely the best Pharmacy and staff in West Springs. Mike and Mark your store is stocked with the best products at reasonable prices, and your staff are truly amazing. Incrediblely friendly and helpful. The staff even stayed open late so I could get my hubby some meds for an unexpected situation. Cheers!

We love our local pharmacy so much! Owen gives an excellent vaccine experience, even for those who are fearful of needles. Everyone has always been so nice and knowledgeable. Gradually I moved all of our pharmacy needs to Core and now am too spoiled to go anywhere else.

I switched my prescriptions from a big chain to Core Pharmacy a few years ago when I met Mark, because he was so very friendly and personable. Over the years, I have dealt with the pharmacist Owen on numerous occasions, and I personally think that he is great. He has always been very helpful and articulate when teaching about new medications and potential side effects. I have had Owen administer several vaccines over the years, and he has good landmarking skills as well as a good technique. I have learned that Owen is not going to be at Core as much as he was previously, and I am a little saddened by this as he will be missed. That being said, I went into Core today and Owen was there to fill in, and he was once again extremely helpful. I have come to really appreciate Core Pharmacy, we moved from the hill a couple of years ago, but kept my prescriptions at Core despite having closer pharmacies. Now that the new portion of the ring road is open, it is a fairly short drive.
