They are on the dock at 06:00 , not sure that’s their official open time is, but I was empty by 07:15. They close at 16:00 and go home, so if your coming in best be there by 15:30.
Driveway is ‘ one way’. Enter from the east and turn left at the first drive, you will see the docks on the right. There are 3 loading docks and man door to the west of them that says “ shipping” walk down to the end of the office and go inside to check in. PPE is required in the plant. Keys are to be hung on the wall while they are your trailer.

Total waiting time In to Out Approx. 2-3 hours easily. But they gave priority to interplant trucks first for unloading or loading no matter if you are in line. Friendly Shipper/Receiver.
Nice restrooms on another side of the building.

I’m a truck driver. I made delivery july 5 2023. I was late . Facility close at 4pm whereas my arrival time is 4:40 still supervisor deal with me understand situation and accepted delivery

If your picking up or dropping off a load, pack a big lunch. On a good day 4 to 5 hours wait. They have 3 docks for all ship/recing and the line up is long. I appreciate the first come and first serve, but dedicate a dock to Receiving only. Nothing to receive them use it for shipping. Pioneer you might have good business sense but a little less on common sense.

Use 2nd entrance on left side if coming from Tilbury on hwy 2. Its fcfs , park ur truck in line and check in at office with ur bills, custom invoice and ACI. Make sure if the line is big , go at end of building, turn around and park in line before check in.
