This place is an absolute nightmare. They cavalierly ignore allergies and serve meals that barely qualify as food—one night, residents were treated to a paltry three wings and a few slices of cucumber for dinner. The doctor they insist is the only option for residents is shockingly clueless about even the most basic side effects, like kidney failure. Instead of proper care, they hand out unnecessary meds like candy. And when you try to get clarity through even the community medical staff after moving your loved one out? Good luck! They’re as elusive as a ghost even to fellow professionals. To top it all off, they continue to siphon off a hefty monthly payment even after your loved one has been gone for weeks, despite having given them notice. It’s beyond disgraceful!

Do your (community based) research before ever considering this home as somewhere that you would place a loved one. Little to no accountability for this home considering it's very new and should be working hard on transparency and building a decent reputation.

The protein content in the meals provided to residents is inadequate to meet the nutritional needs of even the smallest pets, let alone adults. Overall, the meals appear unappetizing, stale, and lacking in essential nutrients, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. It is concerning that the desserts are served in full sizes while the main meals do not meet basic standards.

Additionally, I have mostly observed staff members frequently seated at tables and on their phones, with minimal interaction with residents beyond assisting with feeding. There is also a troubling incidence of residents falling, raising questions about the implementation of safety practices. It is unclear why these issues are not being addressed more proactively by the physician in charge.

Given these observations, I would have serious reservations about placing a loved one in this institution due to its apparent lack of proper care and staffing, and may soon report this place to the news, and make an official complaint.

My best friends mom was assaulted by another resident (not the dementia residents fault). After it was reported no safety measures were put in place and it happened again. Nothing was addressed until the police were called and the media did a story on it. Disgusting!!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Most of the staff are COMPLETELY USELESS! When you walk in you can clearly see the nurses sitting on their phones not doing anything. Everything about caring for your family members is a complete inconvenience to them. The only reason they stay in the building is to earn a paycheck! AVOID PUTTING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Much too clinical, there’s no feeling of comfort or welcome. Too many codes. No feeling of being a place you could really call home and truly just feels like a hospital.
