After having a bad experience elsewhere, I called them about my wheelchair. They were more than helpful about getting my chair in for repair. They also let me know about a program I knew little about and helped guide me through it. Really awesome people to deal with and very helpful. This will be my goto place for my dissablity needs from now on

Since yesterday, my wheelchair started to giving some terrible noise and I was so upset. my wheelchair is a part of mine. When I called them and asked, they asked me to bring it to have a look. The whole staff was so concerned. They knew, how much I really need to fix it. They were able to fix it and even what they charge from me as their service fee is reasonable.The gentleman who was take care of my wheelchair repair was so kind and knowledgeable.
I am highly recommend their services. Thank you so much for save my day.

So my mom's calls me and asks me to grab something for my grandmother. I came in flying blind. The sales rep Paul was awesome waiting around while i called my mom back to ask a million questions was helpful and knowledgable and gave me a great deal on what I needed. Service was impeccable and the place was so clean and temperate inside. Very impressed.

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and having a difficult time cleaning my home. The manager was very helpful with suggestions on differant items they sold to make it easier. The longer handles mean less bending, thus less pain. Thank you it has made a difference for me.

I called and spoke to Wendy on the phone. I was looking for an air cast and unfortunately due to the variety of different options, it is not a stock item. That being said she did let me know that I could come in and get one ordered but more than that, she also offered the name of another business in town to check that may have them in stock if I needed it right away.
Being new to Brantford and not knowing the area well enough to know businesses to check, I am so happy that I called Cowell Home Health Care, they may not have had what I needed the time but the help was priceless to not have to research other places and I will definitely be calling there first for any medical equipment needs in the future.

Phoned looking for a scooter lift for the back of an SUV. They said they could order in the product, but didn't have anyone to install. Could not even recommend a local company for installation. WHY WOULD I BUY HERE? Asked them this and they said I was just stating the obvious. Better off to just go to the competition who installs.

RESPONCE: A 2012 blue used Pegasus (48") purchased 7 or 8 years ago.

Purchase a scooter. 1 of 2 batteries died within 2 years. It took me 2 minutes to determine which one. They took 3 days. It was a defective battery. They tried to charge me $60 for testing the battery "as it is required of their supplier before returns". That is between them and their supplier, nothing to do with me. How many others paid this as they felt compelled?
