Super-nice, helpful staff at the Lindsay branch.

The following is a corporate criticism: I did get significantly overcharged (some might say gouged) on a humidifier for a Phillips DreamStation.

Super-nice people to deal with at this branch...however, I was absolutely gouged on the price of a replacement humidifier for my Phillips Dreamstation. $200-$250 higher than various other suppliers.

Seemed nice enough. However they had my prescription for over a week and simply never contacted me .Upon seeing the sleep specialist he was curious as to why I wasn't already outfitted and recommended I head there right away. Did so - and they were polite - but unfortunately presented excuse on excuse; being understaffed and low on machine inventory (business crucial elements) and even if that wasn't the case, I was a few weeks out for even getting in there to be fitted. Didn't display compassion for my needs, but rather it felt as I should be offering them solace for their tough situation.

I'm looking to acquire this treatment immediately on doctors orders. They were literally handed my business from a specialist (and standard operating practice would have ensured they had it for some time to come), but lost it by not following up initially, not being able to provide service in a timely fashion, and then asking me to respect and understand their situation - when they've not displayed a moment of that to their (potential) client.

Quite a shame, but seems to be loads of competition in the Kawarthas.

Friendly staff and took their time and explained everything too me!! Followed up with phone calls to make sure i was getting the best use of my Cpap machine! Always just a phone call away if I have any questions!!

Went in for air filters they charge 8 dollars for an air filter witch should only be Penny's she said high wages and high rent to blame
