Couldn't be more impressed with the owner and staff at CPAP Solutions. Marc took all the time I needed to explain the various options, I was made to feel like family. The staff helped me with all aspects of my purchase, including testing and insurance submission. Never felt rushed or pressured, and was made to feel that the staff had a personal interest in finding the best solution for my sleep apnea. From the initial visit to follow up phone calls and advice, this place is committed to their clients in a way that is incredibly helpful and extremely rare. So grateful that I've found such a great company for all my CPAP needs.

Support local small businesses! Picked up my second machine today from the same provider as the old one was past it's warranty. Pleasant interaction, support staff helped me deal with my unruly group insurance provider once again to get a pre approval before this visit. Next business day appointment offered to complete this transaction. Was referred by my dentist to purchase from this company & will purchase again once this new machine goes out of warranty... in my experience - every 5 years for a new replacement, Give this company a chance to earn your business as well ... they are service before sales in my opinion!

Still waiting for someone to check my machine last time it was checked there were two older ladies working there. I heard from someone else they retired years ago. Disappointed in the service I’ve received. My machine stopped working wondering if it should have been looked at in the last few years.

Spoke to the new person from CPAP Solutions and unfortunately I missed a whole bunch of follow up in the transition. They had been trying to use a phone number I no longer had. Had a very informative phone call and appreciate the follow up. Very pleasant and updated. If I hadn’t already had a new supplier for my needs I would definitely go back to CPAP Solutions.

Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I had been quoted $2000 for a new CPAP machine plus mask, equipment, and ongoing monitoring from another company in Edmonton; however, they didn't explain much and what they did say was vague. I called CPAP Solutions to ask them what they would offer for the same, fully expecting them to go "oh, we could beat that for sure!"

To my surprise, Marc was like "they're actually offering you a very fair price" which actually made me increase my trust in them and switch to them. When I went in for my consultation, the nurse Emily and Marc (the owner) explained any question I had as fully and deeply as I needed, and let me choose the machine and mask that worked best for me. No sales pressure whatsoever, they very clearly know what they're talking about, and they obviously wanted you to be satisfied and confident with your CPAP setup. The first mask they suggested fit really well, and they let me test the machine first (which I was happy with) and he even matched the price the other organization had offered even though it was less than they usually sell them for (to the comments that say "it's more expensive than Amazon", realize when you're buying that, while you can buy machines and equipment online for cheaper, you're also paying them for ongoing consultation and monitoring - which is honestly priceless if you don't know what you're doing, given that sleep apnea is a medical condition).

Almost one year on now, I've had no problems, and while they monitor and call you more often in the first couple months as you're learning to use it, after that, they only check in with you at major milestones; otherwise you just need to keep your mask and hose clean. Couldn't be happier; they treat you as a friend rather than just a customer.
