My doctor is on extended sick leave so for more than 3 years I have been looked after by a nurse practitioner. She is fantastic. Very thorough, follows up, does not hesitate to make a referral. She referred me to the on staff full-time pharmacist whom I did not know existed. She too is wonderful and very thorough. So knowledgable. Her appointments are typically an hour. Nothing is overlooked!!
Between these 2 professionals I am receiving the best health care I have ever had!!!

Nice of Dr. Locke to skip out on her practice and leave her patients without a Dr. so she can “take over” another practice across town. I have never even had her for an appointment since she took over for Dr. Gill, always stuck with a NP as the Dr. was either on leave (for over a year) or unavailable for whatever reason. The office took a serious nosedive after Dr. Gill left. Dr. Locke didn’t even stick it out to the end of October as stated in her letter, as a Dr. Singh had been covering for her. The office should have held her responsible for finding every one of her patients a replacement physician, as her stating that “she is closing her practice and no other doctors at this location are accepting new patients” is a complete joke.

I have been a patient of Dr Lauf for all my 33 years of life. My husband's dr has retired and I've been trying for a year to get my husband added to my family under doctor lauf. Called today to get inquire why I still haven't heard back. Got a rude receptionist who assumed I was talking about a doctor on leave without checking to see which doctor I was talking about. Awful awful awful when a sick man can't get a doctor even the hospital is fed up with it has he keeps having to go there for care.

Everytime I either get hung up on multiple times or get to speak with extremely rude staff.

It doesn’t seem to matter that people are leaving poor reviews. Dr. Jordan and Carolyn, the nurse practitioner are both wonderful but the staff are extremely rude and not at all caring. Not what you want from your family health team.
Not once have I ever called there and got in. Not. One. Time. I have either had to argue to get an appointment, or been told to go to the ER countless times. There are never same day appointments, no matter what situation you are in.

I have had a painful, ugly, itchy rash for 7 months. I am losing my hair, I can't see my child because I don't know if it's contagious and they refuse to help. I had one microbiology done and the lab stated that the sample was not enough but they interpreted it as negative. Staff are rude and unhelpful. My life shattered from this and they say, "Don't know what to do for you" It has spread all over my body and I am petrified. They aren't testing for anything and I'm freaked out that it could be bugs. Brought in samples but Dr. gave a once over glance and said he didn't see anything, didn't even get a microscope. I have what appears to be large balls of dirt coming out of my skin, permanent scaring, and am nearing mental health break and I call them crying and begging and they happily tell me they can't do anything for me.

Worst front desk reception completely un professional. Have never had a positive experience with this place. Embarrassing completely lack respect and care for patients. Over a month wait to see a doctor for anything serious or not. Provide zero help for anyone looking for it. If you enter this place without an appointment be vary careful they will make you feel like the worst human being to walk the earth. If you want to make an appointment it’s completely ruins receptions day and they will make you know it. Zero professionalism and care. Place needs to be closed.

I love my Doctor, he is an amazing man and he shows great care for his patients. I have rarely had issues with this location and the reception here. Everyone seems friendly and happy to help.
My only issue here is that sometimes the website os not up to date - showing that it is closed on google when it is not.

Can only ever get in to see nurse practioners who are just pretending to be doctors, none of them know what they're talking about. Nurses are rude, only 1 nice receptionist (sam, I believe her name is) the rest make you feel like you're inconvienencing them by calling. Ive been talked down to, laughed at, made to feel like I was just some hysteric women, and basically abandoned and left in pain. Might as well not have a doctor at all.
