I had a so-so experience with this CSN location. Overall, they were friendly and pleasant people to deal with. They repaired the damage to my car well, but lacked attention to detail in general. There's certainly room for improvement:
- After filling out the initial repair authorization, I waited two weeks for any follow-up call. I had to call there myself and the response was essentially "oopsie, we forgot".
- During the initial assessment, they took off the front bumper to check damage underneath. When I got the car back, the left turn signal wasn't working anymore - the turn signals are part of the bumper. I repaired it myself later that day (cables were not plugged in) since I had to leave urgently.
- After the final repairs were done, I eventually noticed the following sloppy mistakes and oversights:
1) The right flare was exchanged, but assembled back wrongly. I checked a mechanic's manual and the mounting flaps are supposed to go underneath the plastic shield, not above it (see picture).
2) The underbody shield had a massive crack on the side of the impact (see picture). Why it wasn't replaced is beyond me. I had to follow up with CSN head office to get this corrected.
3) Fastener and retainer screws were missing at the front-left side of the underbody shield (see picture) which made it hang down. That could've caused trouble long-term.

Because of the sloppiness and inattention to details I have to deduct two stars. I recommend other customers to really check in-depth if repairs were done correctly. On the surface they might look good, but may be missing screws or aren't assembled to the manufacturer's specifications.

Edit: Make no mistake; no one of CSN has reached out to me after the review, despite them being able to pull up my file with my name. That tells you everything you need to know.

The staff was very professional throughout the entire process, from the initial phone call to picking up my vehicle. I would recommend CSN Blue Mountain to anyone who finds themselves questioning where to take their vehicle following an accident.

An appreciative shout-out also to Sandy, who, without hesitation, looked over my little guy while I transferred our baby seat from the rental back to our truck, 'Thank you!'

Very friendly staff. It was a pleasure doing business there. We had the driver's door to our Mustang replaced. It was a specific blue colour. They colour matched and blended the paint excellently. We went through insurance and after my claim phone call, CSN took care of the rest without a hitch. The work was done within a week. Thanks CSN!
