Terrible service. I called Culligan to come by to do 2 things:
1. replace filter
2. have a look on water softener.

They send a junior to replace the filter and have a look at the water softener, and he didn't fix it.

He said someone else would come by and call me.

Today I got a call to pay for the filter change. I paid and when I asked for the other appointment for someone to have a look at the water softener they said I would need to pay an extra $180 just for the visit saying that I didn't book for the both services on the same day!

The person said I would have a call from the manager on Tuesday...

Culligan customer services is amazing, I was a new client and didn't really understand how everything worked, I signed up for monthly deliveries but quickly realized that I would be getting water too frequently, I reached out to them and they changed my account to will call, when I needed an order I called and they said that today was the delivery date or else it wouldn't come for 2 weeks! She said she would reach out to the driver and find out if he had any extra bottles on the truck, they came right away. Amazing service, great water, would recommend to anyone

Overall we have enjoyed the service. We typically go in and refill our jugs as it’s cheaper and we have the means to do so. The 4 stars reflect that. The one time I did delivery it did not go good. I scheduled my delivery and it didn’t come on the day it was scheduled and I ended up getting another email a few days after scheduling it for a Tuesday. It was another no show and it came the next day with no notice. We were lucky someone was home to swap out the jugs. I just think that end needs a little more organization.

I booked a service with Culligan 10 days ago and was assigned an 8 AM to 12 PM time slot for today. Unfortunately, no technician showed up and no one from the office bothered to call or update me about the delay. My wife took a day-off from work for this and after repeatedly trying to contact their customer service agents (4 times), I received no satisfactory explanation or resolution. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I expected better from a company like Culligan. Extremely disappointed with their service!!!

I have been a long time customer here and was always happy with their service. Last month, we had a death in our family and i lost track of my payment, totally forgot to pay my July bill, someone from their office called me and left me a message that i have to settle a past due bill so I called right away and told them I just paid the July bill online however the lady who answered the phone still insisted that We still have an outstanding balance of $79 for which she was saying it was back few years ago, I can’t believe it, as the previous invoice they’re sending me every month doesn’t show any outstanding payment and I know I am always on top of my payments and never missed a single one. So i made another payment of $39.08 after 2 days I received another invoice showing another outstanding payment of $39.88, ah really? Where do you really get these outstanding payments? Maybe a finance manager should really check on this issue. I feel like this company wanted to get money from their clients as much as they could. Seriously they should be reviewing their client files! I will not recommend this company. There! I paid that outstanding payment of $39.88 again. Hopefully this company will not ask for another outstanding payment! Cash cows!!!!

Had an old water softener (1970s) taken out and a new one installed along with an RO unit. The service tech was awesome and went out of his way to accommodate us. Have used Culligan for all my water issues since the 1980s. Great team and great service

Nice people. Went to get info on water softners. Both the receptionist and sales person(Bill) were super nice. They have RO water refill station as well for those wondering.

We love the culligan reverse osmosis system. We don’t have to refill water in grocery store anymore. The service is great. Their representative Ayla did a great job explaining everything that we need to know about their products and services. Reynaldo, the technician, came and install the system. He’s very friendly. The installation was fast and he explained to me everything that I need to know regarding the system.
I will definitely recommend Culligan to my families and friends.
