Went here for some ongoing medical concerns over the past few months, the whole team is absolutely amazing the front desk staff are some of the kindest people I have come across in a medical setting. The Doctor has also been amazing to work with. I normally have a ton of anxiety going to doctor offices due to previous experiences but this clinic makes you feel very welcome and go above and beyond for the patients. Absolutely reccommend this clinic.

Had a consultation today, and I finally feel heard. The receptionist, nurse and Doctor were all wonderful!
After dealing with pain for almost 2 years and fighting with doctors who don’t even want to have a discussion or point me in the right direction, Dr B was a breath of fresh air today. I look forward to getting to the bottom of what’s going on and I’m so relieved to have found this clinic.

I contacted this office desperate for help and advice for getting in as quickly as possible for an iron infusion. I cannot say enough good things about the entire team. The clinic is beautiful and spotless. Leanne went above and beyond to make my visit go as smooth as possible even connecting me with their pharmacy that took the time to help me with special authorization coverage I needed all within a few days. Dr. Naidoo answered all my questions with ease and provided me with all the assurance I needed. Thank you so much to this amazing clinic !!

I called for a walk in appointment. The kind receptionist booked me promptly for the following morning. I was kindly greeted in a clean clinic. I was treated by a very kind, and detailed female Dr. Thank you for the amazing treatment and care!

All doctors here provide good service Doctor Naidoo, Doctor Ali , etc … . I have been always treated with respect by all the receptionists except for a new hire named Salima , her lack of good attitude and client oriented is very low . I visited the clinic with my senior mom and she was rude , her attitude was so rude that my mom started recording the way we were treated … I even asked her coworker if she was always like that for what she answered to apologize her that she was probably having a hard day . The thing is that by the time we finished the consultation with Dr Ali , she was still in a very bad attitude and with very bad energy .

This review is specific to the St. Albert location Mental Health section of Cure MD, as I have no experience with the other aspects of the clinic. The actual psychologist I met with for my adult ADHD assessment was lovely, gave great info and was professional. If he worked at a different practice I'd go back on a regular basis. But the actual clinic, how it's managed and the front end staff are pretty awful. They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone, you end up being redirected to a voicemail that is apparently only returned every 24-48 hours, or so my wife was told when she finally got a call back and asked if there was an easier way to speak with reception. Not helpful if you are calling about an appointment that day. When you do finally get a call back we've only experienced rude responses, and completely contradicting information. Both my wife and I have spoken to different staff at this clinic on the phone, and with the exception of a man on the very first phone call, every time has been a headache and made us feel uncomfortable. When we are paying over $1400 for an ADHD assessment I do expect professionalism from everyone, clear and complete information, and honesty on all fronts. You simply don't get that at Cure MD.

I had an appointment scheduled at this office, but after waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, I still had not been seen by the doctor. There was no clear communication about the delay or how much longer it would take. Very disappointing experience and not respectful of patients’ time.
