I had the best experience at the Aurora store. Angela and Dana did a great job explaining all the different options of the products I was looking for. Very kind and knowledgeable ladies. I have shopped twice at this store and both times I received exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!

The Scarborough location was closed due to ADP fraud. Same owner as Aurora location. They do not follow up on the orders they send to garment companies - had to wait months for orders to arrive. Not the industry standard, which is 2-6 weeks. Learned this the hard way after changing garment fitters. They make excuses and do not reply to concerned customers. You can get better, more professional service elsewhere.

I cannot believe someone would have the heart to write a negative review about Custom Comfort. I took my mom in the other day and was greeted and assisted by the friendliest staff! We are looking forward to future visits to Custom Comfort, our first time there was a great experience!

Have visited 3 times and it has always been a wonderful experience. The furst time I went, Angela and Dana took the time to measure and go through everything with me. They had different size and styles of smaples for me to try on. I did not feel rushed which I really appreciated. They are knowledgeable and very understanding. Highly recommend visiting them.

I was actually referred to Dana by a manufacturer representstive when I found myself in a crisis management situation with the procurement of custom compression garments required pre and post surgically.

My purchase and measurements were very poorly done by another vendor and Dana took over and got the process moving as quickly as she could. She and Angela are clearly seasoned fitters and know what they are doing and they also seem to appreciate timelines and that these are not elective purchases but necessary to influence favourable surgical outcomes. I have several surgeries ahead of me and I am grateful to know that they will come through for me with this part of the process.
