In autumn 2023, I reached out to several HVAC contractors servicing East Ottawa and the Rockland area, seeking quotes and guidance for replacing our oil furnace with a heat pump and electric backup system for our 1,700-square-foot detached bungalow.

After thorough evaluation, we entrusted Dominic Piché's HVAC Inc. with the task. Opting for a 2.5-ton Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump and electric furnace backup, Dominic's expertise and professionalism stood out from the start.

Throughout the process, Dominic's respectful demeanor and insightful recommendations were invaluable. Communication was consistently prompt and professional, ensuring all our queries were swiftly addressed.

Excellent work by Dominic and Team. A second furnace and whole house dehumidifier were installed for the basement area, two humidifiers added for winter heating season.
Quotation was very reasonable and well explained. Design took into consideration current environment and created minimal intrusion for existing drywall.
Work commenced as per promised date, effort was continuos, project ended on time. The Team was excellent. Kyle and Pascal have done a fantastic job. High quality, great multiple skills (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), polite and considerate. The job site was left clean every evening with special clean up at the end of the project.
Result is completely changed environment in the basement - comfortable 21 degrees and 40% humidity very stable.
As a summary, outstanding service, high quality work, great team at very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
