During the heat wave in July our heat pump wasn’t giving any cold air we called several in gfw to have it serviced. We did get a reply from one and they said they would get back with a date never heard from any so we called Dawes and within 24 hours it was fixed the tech was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. This is a very established business the service is beyond good would recommend to anyone needing heat pump repairs and any of there services . I give them 10 stars

Worst company I've ever deal with. Spent $550 on a service call and technician arrived without the parts needed to do a common repair. This is a common part for a common Fireplace (Napoleon) a make that they sell. Gave up on them after two months waiting for the part that I eventually ordered myself on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Dawes. Don't know how they stay in business. Wish there was a 0 star rating available, that's what they deserve.

Gerry Pumphrey and a young fellow Noah came to help with my furnace, I just moved into Gander and the furnace was not working properly. They came the same day I called, because my mom is 89 and couldn't take the cold. They worked well above and beyond the call of duty. They were both plight and friendly and didn't stop trying until they had it working. I would definitely tell anyone in need of help from this company you guys are the best. Thank you very much.

Dawes Mechanical installed a heat pump for us yesterday. The technician showed up on time and got right at it. The finished work is first-class and the unit itself works perfectly. I would certainly recommend them for any plumbing/heating/mechanical work. Good People!!

The folks at Dawe's Mechanical have helped me with new installations and service calls for over a decade. They have helped with various projects from the installation of a fireplace insert to a central heat pump, as well as furnace maintenance and various plumbing projects. My experience has been that they are courteous and reliable.

Very disappointed with this place..
..I bought a mini split heat pump in October for $12,000 and it broke in December and now it’s February two months later and still waiting for a part ..every-time I talk to them they say it’s going to be in next week.. regret buying from here😡
