I made an appointment with Tiffany for an hour massage this afternoon. It was an unprecedented experience. The massage was very professional, the room was clean, and parking was convenient. I will come back.

No way …. They stolen from my time at least 20 minutes….poor behaviour and client care …. They just wanted to make money from clients…. No clean up after massage just left me with lots of creams and oil … the teams was super impolite… I told I let the owner my concerns but she said it’s ok go head !! If can’t give clients good service close it

It’s not professional, they massage you and answer the phone and leave to see who’s at the door. It smells and it’s not clean and they think they can just $25 for tip and tell you that you have to pay tip. Horrible experience would not recommend anyone to go here!

They are so disorganized! Booking does not mean anything to them! This is the 2nd time i book few days in advance and when i go they are so clueless, saying “oh you booked an appointment?”or would rush my massage. for the past few times they sent me in a room 10-15 min passed my appointment time and then mid way of my massage they ask if they can cut my one hour to half an hour or 45 min! It’s ridiculous!! They dont even have receptionist, when someone walks in they leave the room in the middle of massage or talk to each other by yelling from inside of the room! This is suppose to be a relaxing environment- recently not only i havent felt relaxed but end up feeling more tense! Few month ago there were different people who were very organized and respectful of client’s time but recently things has changed & they absolutely have no respect for their regular client! Will not be going back!

Horrible reflexology massage. The lady simply massaged the same exact spot on my foot, even though I asked her to change positions or complete other reflexology spots. My
plantar fascia is now sore and I have to ice my feet.

Not worth the money (and tip) I had to prepay for. No idea why they asked me to do that as well. Usually you pay after service. I will not be coming back. Shame as this place was good.

I found this place from a lawn sign and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Sometimes these places are great, sometimes they are a little weird. I booked a 1/2 hour at first to test them out. Coco texted me about the appointment which I loved. Then when I got there I was pleasantly surprised. First the atmosphere is wonderful: water fountain, calming, cute front desk. There is no waiting for your appointment they are ready as soon as you walk in. The room was large enough for the massage table and chair. They have electric candles and dim lights which is nice. I was worried about only having a single sheet to cover me but the rooms are warm enough (and I usually prefer a heating pad and several blankets. The massage is a very interesting combination of over the sheet (Thai/osteo style) and oil massage with Swedish techniques and deep tissue and meridian work all mixed together. Then the also offer an amazing foot massage and reflexolgoy and Indian styled scalp massage. I saw Coco the first time and asked to stay for an hour. Then the next week my boyfriend and I went. I thought we would book them back to back but they offered the same room. I thought that would be weird but it was great. Coco speaks English and and Cindy (who worked on my boyfriend) does not. They are professional and extremely good at what they do. We both had to ask them to lighten up a bit and we usually prefer deep massage. They listen to feedback and are really good at feeling what needs more work and know when to move on. I was also worried about the oil as I have sensitive skin. I had no issues. We booked again. I would say the only thing you need to know if you’re not used to Asian massage is that unlike Canadians they climb over and on the table. (I don’t mind at all) They work on your full gluts (most Canadian therapists can’t won’t or don’t) and I’m telling you after doing squats with my workouts I need it! And they sometimes run out of the room to answer the door (which might not make some people happy) but they are pretty fast about it. Lastly (spoiler alert) they use hot towels to rub the oil off before you get dressed and I love that! Honestly, they have got it figured out. (And if you forgot your water bottle they have that too.) As a former massage therapist and pain clinic owner. I am pretty picky and this is my new go-to place! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Now don’t steal all the appointments on me! 😅 Oh and one more thing - they prefer cash but have credit debit and I leave them a hefty tip! They work really hard and are very good at they they do! They deserve it!

Great place!! After coming twice for 90 minutes with my girlfriend for a couples massage, I would say we are hooked! Helps a lot with stress/recovery from workouts/work, and the ladies know what they are doing, so this is now a weekly reset for us!

Coco was friendly and professional. I had a wonderful 60 minute full body massage. The facility is clean, welcoming and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!
