I called there because my dealer never got back to me with the right information. But when called Delta, I got Mike from parts department that got on the ball and make sure I got everything I need. He even text me from is house after hours, (I’m sorry to bother him after hours I didn’t know). Even make sure I had everything I need and wait for me before closing. What an amazing service.

It is a very busy place, but they made time, were patient answered all my questions and gave me some technical guidance on a non-purchase related concern with the same vehicle. Mike and Bob were very helpful putting together the perfect package for our small vegetable farm. Stacey, completed the financing paperwork and had us out the door in short order. the tractor and attachment were at my farm,in perfect running condition within a week and I have just rolled past fifty hours of use. I would highly recommend them if your looking for farm equipment a very professional family run business.

I called about a machine they have on the floor and it started with its new and then now its used. He says it had 20 hrs on it and somebody left the key on in the shop now it has 40 hrs. Lol what ? He said he can discount it because its “used” he went down roughly 500 dollars. I said thats not much of a deal then he told me to have a nice day. Lol i wont be stepping foot in there thats For sure. Ill go spend my money elsewhere

We went to Weagant Farm Supplies for a New Holland part, and had never been there. Clint (mostly) and Mark took care of us. They gave us many tips on how to replace the part, what to watch out for, etc. Clint showed us parts graphics and explained the procedures in details. He explained that their website offers the graphics as well. He even offered to contact some mechanics to help us out, should the task at hand be too complex.

Weagant Farm Supplies still knows what customer service is. They know the products they sell. They go the extra mile without being asked. We truly appreciate that.
