I had an issue with my hot water tank… I knew based on what research I did that the bottom element of the tank was likely burnt out as the hot water when turned on, only produced luke warm water.

I called around and everyone seemed to be busy and unable to address my issue. I was then referred to Dennis Fransky by someone in the area and called this man up.

He arrived at my home with his son, and I explained what I felt was the issue with my hot water tank….. Dennis then proceeds to check the voltage on the tank and the continuity of power going to the breaker panel….

Dennis then tells me that I have an issue with my breaker and will need to replace this component. He then proceeds to take pictures of my electrical panel and advises me that he will need to search for this part and will get back to me.

At this point I had been without hot water for 4 days….. Dennis Fransky left my home and never followed up with me, nor did he return my calls. After 1 week without hot water, I called Reliance Home Comfort and after my phone call with them, a service technician came within a couple hours and by the time he came and went, I had hot water.

There was no issue with my breaker panel, and clearly Dennis had no idea what he was doing.
Unprofessional, and unreliable.

To leave my house and never follow up with me or return my calls? Speaks volumes about the lack of quality, concern and care this man has about his business and the people living within the community.

Fransky provided number one service to our cottage.They provided fast, prompt, professional service to our in floor heating system, serviced or boiler and took care of any plumbing issues we have had. Fransky has done everything in our home from in floor Radiant Heating, Plumbing, Water based Heating and Air Conditioning, Hot Water Boiler and even serviced the Heating and Air conditioning in our Trailer.
