We first had Diamond Willow come in to do a furnace check and they found a problem with the modulating gas valve on our furnace and so they replaced that for us and everything functioned okay at the time.
We then had Diamond Willow install a linear gas fireplace and they did a fantastic job, on time, professional and as quoted.
After they left from the fireplace installation they came back as they smelled unburned gas coming from someone's furnace and it turned out to be ours. After some testing they confirmed that our heat exchanger was failing and needed replacement, which turned out to be on warranty. The furnace ran great for a week (now coming into the heating season) and the fan wouldn't keep running.
Diamond Willow promptly sent someone to look at the motor and it required replacement. Due to the cost of the motor it was better to replace the complete furnace, which they did only a few days later!
In a nutshell, awesome, professional service with customer service being at the top of their list. Highly recommended...

They came out, spent 2 minutes to "fix" a gas leak in our fireplace - tightened one connection and claimed it was all fixed. They charged a small fortune. But the leak wasn't solved. They came out a 2nd time, turned on the fireplace then claimed it was too hot to work on. They would not stand by their 30 day warranty and said they needed to charge us all over again for a call-out and service fee to get serious and finally really fix the leak. Which seemed very unfair to me.

Edit: Of course we did call. They were not willing to "make it right" in any way or "work with us". So I left this review and got a different company. Sorry the review hurts your feelings but it is my honest experience. If the experience was better the review would have been better.

Beyond happy with the service from Diamond Willow. Both Mike and Brooks were excellent. My garage heater was repaired quickly and works better than ever. Recommend to anyone looking for high quality workmanship and friendly service.

my experience with Diamond Willows has been amazing. My experience was related to 1. Boiler call (phone help) , and 2. AC install early in the summer. Brooks is a very exceptional tech and person, both on the technical side when making recommendations or on the phone explaining technical aspects. These guys and gals go above and beyond trying to help out. prompt, punctual and committed. thank you.

Have used this company for all my annual servicing on my furnace and fireplace for many years, always happy with the service. I also had them install a garage heater and the pricing was very competitive compared to some of the quotes I received!

In my experience, it's rare to have a service tech take the time to explain to a non-tech person, in understandable terms, what is being done and why (re: servicing a furnace and on-demand tankless water heater).

Brooks came to complete preventative maintenance on both pieces of equipment. He was great at not only explaining what he was doing and why but also completing the work in a timely manner. Professional and personable, is the way I'd describe him...he even went out of his way to reseal the outdoor piping related to this equipment to make sure it was venting as per design.

All in all, a great experience with Brooks and Diamond Willow...highly recommend them!

We are long time Cochrane residents. Our gas fireplace was over 31 years old and had been cutting in and out (scary when dealing with gas!). Diamond Willow came and inspected it and advised that we needed a new unit, which we had already anticipated. After receiving a quote we checked around and the price was very competitive. We have always tried to support local business and this was a very easy decision. Within two weeks of booking we have a beautiful new and updated fireplace. Diamond Willow has been so helpful and professional and we really appreciate them.
