Unbelievably rude nurse,been waiting here for 7 hours,no doctors has seen yet.
politely asked nurse to tell me how long it can take cause we do have to work to live and children has school,extremely rude!!Just freaked out on my face!
Rather go to calgary it will probably take the same time!
Unprofessional behaviour is absolutely not acceptable!Go somewhere else

This is the slowest ER I have ever been to! People wait up to hours after they have the intake done. I sat there over an hour and never even saw a Dr. Enter the ER. It wasn't even busy!

Appointments are fine, but the er service is appalling. A real overhaul on their system is long over due.

Been waiting to make this review however I am going to. The emergency nurses on duty were anwsome. I had called health link and got told to go in and that it was an emergency. The doctor then told me that my matter was not an emergency and was very ignorant.

Both times I have been there, the doctors have spent more time sitting and socializing with the nurses than helping patients. It is extremely frustrating!! I could understand if they were busy, but not when you can see and hear what they are doing and talking about! Where is the care and professionalism?
