I have been a patient here for 3 years. The doctors have always been great, but the office staff are the worst. Do not bother leaving a message they will never get back to you. Unfriendly, miserable and disorganized staff sit around talking instead of helping patients. Blame patients for being mean and disrespectful while actively not trying to help them. People wouldn't be so mad if you returned a call and didn't have them sitting in the wait room for 30 mins before you help them. Treat the staff like they treat you if you go. I have gone back to walk in clinics you get better service.

My family and I have been going to this place for over 10 years and it has definitely gone downhill in the last two years. Dr. Smith is no longer there which is sad because she was a great doctor, since she left that place fell apart. You can’t get through to anybody to make appointments and if you do get through you end up booking weeks in advance.. if you do get an appointment you end up, waiting an hour in the waiting room!

Sometimes you’re told you’ll get to see a specialist and then it never happens, No follow up nothing… It’s really hard to get a family doctor, but it’s really frustrating to have a doctor and not be able to see them and when you are able to see them, they only do the bare minimum. Very frustrating but what do you do when you can’t get another doctor this system is flawed!

Dr. Akin has really stepped up and is doing an amazing job now! the phone systems have improved and overall I’m much more happy with my healthcare. Thanks for all the major improvements, You guys are doing great.

I can never get through to anyone and now they say they’ve changed the phone system to make things easier but you’re not even able to leave a voicemail. The call drops after 15 minutes on hold so you have to call back and they just never answer. Been with this clinic for years and it’s just ridiculous. How do you make an appt if you can’t even reach them?!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic. I leave each appointment feeling heard and cared for. On occasion I have had difficulty reaching the clinic receptionist, but in the past 6 months, I have not had any issues getting through or getting a callback in a timely manner. I’ve never been rushed and appointment wait times are reasonable, usually getting in the same week or next. Considering the shortage of Dr’s in Alberta, I hope the people of Didsbury and area realize how incredibly lucky we are to be under the care of this team. Thank you Dr Pannu, Dr Akin, and the rest of the physicians and staff for serving our community.

Went in because this clinic is listed as a walk in clinic on Google. Asked if they could do a simple procedure of removing stitches. I don't have a doctor there and they refused service. Would not recommend. Staff were not friendly at all and very monotone.

Worst clinic I’ve ever been involved with. Front staff suck and are rude no call backs but if they do they have no idea what you were even in seeing them for. Unfortunately small towns don’t get good medical treatment

They seem to never answer the phone as I have been trying for over 2 weeks to make an appointment. They also don’t seem to put you in the system as I’ve had appointments scheduled and waited over an hour just to be treatedlike the doctors don’t car and you feel like your wasting their time. Hate writing this review as I’ve never had an issue until this year. Definitely finding a new doctor

Comes up on my Google maps as a walk-in which it definitely isn't. Weird entrance with tiny signs indicating it's a clinic. The place is under construction right now so it's pretty messy and dusty in there. The receptionist was friendly though and helped direct me to the right location.
