Receptionist at walk-in clinic is very rude. Seems like she is taking everything personal, making faces and doesn’t know how to talk. She should mind her own business and try to help patients rather than arguing with them.

I seen Doctor Lance and he did in half an hour what my Doctor didn't bother looking at, my Doctor has never seen my scares from my 50 operation. Doctor Lance looked at me and figured it out,I was on the wrong meds in no time and I was on the mend. But now trying to get into the clinic is almost impossible did try to book an appointment at 7:01 and it said it was full, don't know how that is possible so I'll try again if I can find a clinic tomorrow.

Online hours aren't updated. Just spent $16.50 on cabs because the online hours say there's a clinic from 8-4 on Saturday. There's no available walk-in clinic today and two people going into the building were clueless and unapologetic. Now I have to go to a different clinic and spend more taxi money. This is not the first time I've encountered problems with their online hours.

Have never gotten to use the clinic as they closed for no reason the day I had been booked in. Haven't been able to sleep for 24 hours and booked in right at 7am, didn't call me until 10:15 to let me know the clinic was cancelled. also, they charge you for the appointment; I'd better be getting that back at least ? time to go sit in the packed lines now that it's too late to be the early bird at another clinic, to waste the entire day. What a waste of time.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went 2 days in a row 30 minutes before they opened, and I basically cant go in to see a physician without booking it seems as they as "full for the day" within 5 minutes.

If those are your turnaround times, you need to hire more staff. First and last experience here.

I booked online and arrived at the Clinic at about 9:30am today, and registered at the reception desk. After ten minutes, the receptionist told me the doctor could not see me and didn’t give me reasonable explanation.

I drove to the clinic twice before this time, but it’s full each time. I was lucky to book online successfully this time, but didn’t expect such unconcerned treatment. I’m so disappointed with their irresponsibility and ignorance.

I've tried multiple times to schedule an appointment, in person and online, through reservation lists and by phone.
Waiting for turn is truly frustrating and disheartening.

Edit: i saw the doctor again, and he addressed my concerns. I appreciated this.

Got there sick, mentioned a prior issue to consider. He asked the nurse to do a blood test and she led me out. I have no idea what is happening now, as we never concluded the appointment with an assessment and next steps. I'm back at work feeling sick, and his office is closed (3:24PM) and does not take messages. What is a person to do?
