This was my first visit to Dr. Bella. The online appointment booking system was seamless. Received frequent reminders of upcoming appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The exam flowed from one room to another, and the optometrist explained the process as the exam progressed. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Bella and Pearle Vision, however I was a bit surprised that Dr. Bella didn't acknowledge my wife and I when we first waklked in to his office. I understand he is a busy person but it would have only taken seconds to say "Hi, thanks for coming in, one of my assistants will be with you shortly."

Instead he stared at his screen while I leaned on the counter waiting for someone to welcome us.

Outside of that, he did a great job with my test, was very hepful and I'm happy with the work they did. Just have to work on customer service a bit.

Overall good experience, staff were kind and not pushy, and the Dr I had was nice, and understanding that I am a little bit of a wimp around my eyes, and handle putting the drops in my eyes with care. The only reason why I'm not giving a 5 star, is they checked my current lenses for a prism and who ever was doing it, left the marker marks on them, and I didn't realize until I went to go read later that evening to find it obstructing my view, and because the marker had been sitting, I had to scrub it off with my nail, glasses cloth and and windex. Small things make a difference and that what just the one thing that was a bit off to me. But still good overall, location is clean, staff are nice, but small attention to detail was slightly missing.
