The most unprofessional doctor
I've ever come across. Too much in a rush because of his tardiness, and this has been consistent trying to see him. Further more I asked for a medication refill three times during the visit and walked out without it. The medication was Ventolin. Went back into the office and was told to leave and not comeback. I don't know about Ontario health care but what I have experienced is a total failure with this doctor.

I am hesitant to write this review seeing as finding quality healthcare in the area is difficult. Dr. Liao is an extremely skilled physician. Despite the patient overload, he stays curious and engaged. I am very fortunate to have him helping me with some confounding medical issues my assigned NP would just brush aside. Thank you!

Never had an issue.
I rarely have to see him, but when I do it is quick, efficient, and accurate.
I dont like the medical racket or doctors, especially methadone doctors. I knew what I needed to return to health, and Dr. Liam helped me to achieve it.

Dr laio has been my doctor for over 14 years,
He has been helpful, supportive and a great medical professional to my whole family.
People seem to forget there is only a wait if others make the wait, if you need a longer appt book two. Not sure why the wait gets blamed on the dr?
I’m very blessed my family has a doctor and it’s dr laio!

I have been going to Dr Liao for many years. I go to him often and trust his judgement and knowledge. I do have to normally wait a while to see him but I find it is worth it. He is super knowledgeable and is on top of trends. He takes his time and I never feel rushed. He has caught things for me that other doctors have missed and because of this I appreciate him! I have never experienced anything but professionalism from him.

how refreshing!! since I moved to dr liao my health care has improved 100%. he actually cares about his patients. I kn ow sometimes it can mean a bit of a wait but the man is constantly working.

I honestly thought I'd be there for hours and get rejected in the end for walking in. But I did pick a time after the morning rush and before the lunch rush, got full blood work, urine, and he whole shebang done in just 40 minutes. The staff weren't overly friendly like most Canadians, but they were courteous and efficient even being constantly swamped and no longer taking on any additional family doctor registrations. Very professional.

The worst experience and questionable care for my mother. To date, we still have yet to hear from him regarding her passing in August (she was a patient of his for many years and said nothing when my father went in to renew his medication in the Fall. He didn't ask where she was or extend his condolences. All the negative reviews are under Dr Liang Lio. Sounds like he's hiding by adding the "Ying". His staff hide behind the...verbal abuse will not be tolerated signs but don't seem to be held accountable for their own quick non-personable responses. I have to give a 1 star because they won't allow me to pick zero.
