I was referred to Dr. Winsion Chow by my family doctor due to persistent difficulty breathing through my nose. From the moment Dr. Chow stepped into the examination room, I felt reassured by his professionalism and expertise. He exudes a level of confidence and knowledge that immediately put me at ease, making what could have been a daunting experience much more comfortable.

During our initial consultation, Dr. Chow thoroughly examined my condition and explained in detail the underlying causes of my breathing difficulties. He identified that nasal polyps were obstructing my airways and recommended endoscopic sinus surgery as the best course of action to alleviate my symptoms. Dr. Chow's clear communication and detailed explanations helped me understand the procedure and its benefits, which greatly reduced any anxiety I had about the surgery.

The surgery itself took three hours, and Dr. Chow's skill and precision were evident throughout the process. It's been nine days since the procedure, and I can already feel a significant improvement in my breathing. For the first time in years, I can breathe easily through my nose and am experiencing much better sleep. During my follow-up visit, Dr. Chow confirmed that the surgery was successful and that my recovery was on track. His encouraging words and continued support have been incredibly reassuring.

I also want to address some of the negative comments I've seen about Dr. Chow's secretary. In my experience, she has been nothing but professional and courteous. She has always been prompt in answering my questions, whether over the phone or in person, and has made the entire process—from scheduling appointments to post-operative care—smooth and efficient. Her professionalism and kindness have been integral to my positive experience with Dr. Chow's office.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Winston Chow. His expertise in Otolaryngology, coupled with his professional demeanor and compassionate approach, has made a significant difference in my quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Chow to anyone experiencing breathing issues or requiring specialized ENT care. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am grateful to have been under his care.

Dear Dr Chow, I just wanted to write a quick note to kindly thank you for the amazing work you did today. I just woke up from surgery and I already feel waaaaay better than I was before. I am able to breathe normally again and no long have foreign body in my nose. I appreciate you Dr Chow and really cannot thank you enough for saving my life. The infection was terrible in this cold weather and I was always feeling very tired as my immune system did not stop working due to the continuous infection. Dr.Chow and his staff have always been amazing! After years of no one listening to me. HE DID. I had really bad tonsils issues, He asked if I wanted them out, and of course I said yes- the surgery went well with no problems. I was told I had to wait another year, but they called me as soon as a spot opened up. which was only 4 months later. This surgery changed my life.

I got referred back to him for a separate issues for a rare condition that I have never heard of! his staff the entire time I have been going were completely amazing, from every call - to in person. He listened when no one would, he cared when no other doctor would. Literally change my life. He will most likely do it again in the next couple months.

I was referred to Dr Chow, due to persistent ear infections, and fluid in my ear, and tinnitus, that I was having from February to September. He took one look, and said he doubted I'd ever had any ear infections, or fluid in my ear. He had not seen me when I had. He dismissed everything my family doctor had done, and basically said she misdiagnosed me, without any plausible or likely explanation. He was very dismissive. How could he say I never had that when he never saw me during those times? He said go home, and live with your tinnitus. Don't wait on a waiting list to see this arrogant, dismissive doctor, not worth it. Go to another doctor,

Doctor chow is the best physician and surgeon you can ever find! Yes I spoke from experience! He is kind, patient and has sense of humour and he cares about his patients! He made sure I felt safe and comfortable before/ after my surgery. I am lucky that doctor chow was my surgeon and he for sure is the best! His receptionist are also great, I know there are comments about his receptionists but we are all human please try to be more lenient towards one another they are great ladies! You are in great hands if you have doctor chow!
