Today my husband had an appointment with Troy at Dream Sleep’s Cochrane location. Troy was so knowledgeable and helpful. His suggestions re: the operation of my husband’s CPAP and a much improved mask have made a huge positive difference in reducing the noise level of the machine, thus improving sleep quality.

I wish there was way to leave negative stars. The Maple Leaf Health Center is the real problem, contacted out by DSR for coverage in Cochrane. The worst possible service imaginable, the receptionist does not have the qualifications to lick stamps for the post office. Arrived to the doors locked, lights off, while standing outside looking to get into my appointment, she came outside "your late, going to have to rebook", locked the door and walked into the back. of the clinic. She left 10min later and walked over to the nail salon for her appointment.

Was referred by my dentist for a sleep study. The signage is non existent as it is paired with a medical clinic, and not visible from the street-I don’t think the picture on the website, is the Cochrane clinic. I arrived late as I was looking aimlessly in the parking lot until I decided to ask in the pharmacy and stumbled on dreamsleep, indicated by a footnote like sign in the neighbouring clinic. I was booked half an hour before close so the rep was on his way home. I appreciate he stayed after close, however better signage and booking earlier would have prevented the rushed orientation.

I was assured after paying $150 I would be forwarded a receipt which never was emailed. The machine indicated that it did not record but when I called the rep said, that a lot of times they do record and they’d call to let me know. I never heard from them again.

Several weeks before my dentist received results and I have yet to receive any information-although that responsibility would be also on my dentist, who seemed to have forgotten all about the issue due to the gap in reporting. I don’t think the machine recorded anyway.

I’m unsure where the “solution” part comes in.

Met with Troy, he explained everything about the CPAP machine, about my sleep apnea results and what they meant in great detail. Explained how to care for the machine and what to do with it. Excellent experience all around.

Really detailed information and explanations of how the CPAP machines work. And how to maintain them, Troy went through the various fits and masks and found one that works best for me. I'm excited to hopefully wake up rested for once
