I recently shopped for a Vibe communicator for the Advex helmet. I went in with the part number and mentioned 'for my Advex helmet', which has a specific unit designed to fit. I did not know there were other versions, and perhaps the sales person did not either. Once getting home several hours later (I don't live in dryden), unboxing the unit, it very quickly became apparent it was not the correct part. The store has a 'no returns on electrical parts' policy, which I understand in most circumstances. However, this was a simple mistake on both our parts of not understanding the product line. After a polite phone call, the dealer will not return the unit.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received! I cant say enough about the staff at Dryden Power Sports! We were in Canada for our annual fishing trip, and on day 2 of 7, my boat was struck by lightning during a storm and fried my trolling motor. Garmin would only send me a part to my home address back in the states. Needless to say, we thought our fishing trip was over! We discovered that Dryden Power Sports is a licensed Garman dealership, perhaps they could offer some assistance? Geoff the service manager immediately began brainstorming options to get us back on the water, initially Geoff was able to locate and sell another Garmin Force trolling motor to me. My intention was to use it for the week and then come back home and sell it as slightly used. We drove all the way back to our cabin but when we put it on our boat, we discovered that there was something wrong with the NEW Garmin force motor. Another early morning trip to Dryden the next day to meet them when they opened the doors, filled me with dread. I assumed for sure that either they would not take back the motor or they would charge me a huge restocking fee.. NOPE! To my shock and awe they didn’t neither! Geoff and his service team (Jeff, Chance and Mandy) immediately dropped what they were doing and took my old motor apart, found the correct motherboard that was fried, and were able to replace it!!! They returned the motor I had purchased the day prior at no cost to me and only charged me a couple hours of labor, even though at one point there were 3 technicians working on, and troubleshooting it! I was back on the water and fishing by 3:45 that afternoon! The girls at the front, Jessica and Carrie, also went out of their way to help out and rectify this unusual situation.

Geoff and his team LITERALLY saved my vacation as well as the folks that were with me! I absolutely cannot believe that there are still people that are willing to go out of their way to take care of a customer. It’s just not something you see anymore. We have been bringing 3 to 4 boats up every summer for over 15 years and we will definitely, be back to Dryden Powersports if we ever need service again,

I would definitely recommend this great team to anyone! The level of honesty, integrity and kindness they showed us was unprecedented!

Salesman, Dan, was excellent! He knew all the answers to my husband's list of questions. Overall, we ended up with a purchase of a riding lawnmower. I think we were in & out in less than an hour! But we also did our research prior to making the final decision.

What a great place to do business with. I was on my way to a week long fishing trip and I found an issue with my boat motor at 3:00pm on a Friday afternoon. Within minutes they identified the problem, pulled a part off a unit they had in stock to get me going and I didn't have any issues the rest of my trip. The service department is top notch and customer service is king at Dryden Powersports! Thanks again!
