One of the worst experiences I've dealt with so far.
I never miss a payment to stay in good standing.
Ended my services and had a credit on my last bill then received a new bill with equipment charges and past due on a bill I never received via email so no excuses. Called to deal with them and went no where. I took the responsibility and paid the unexpected bill but will never deal with or talk up this company again.

Terrible customer service with hold times to speak to someone exceeding 30 minutes but yet you listen to the recording telling you how much Eastlink care about your business..HAHA yeh right.
Internet services are not stable at all, I have been a customer for 3 weeks and my connection freezes almost on a daily bases. Terrible service and I would recommend anyone looking for high speed internet to look elsewhere beyond what Eastlink offers. Save yourself the frustrations!

Would not recommend. They where charging me 170 a month for internet and when I decided to switch to telus for faster internet I got it for 60 a month. East link phoned me a few days after I switch and gave me a "talking to" about how I need to phone them first befor making a decision to switch. Very condescending and unprofessional.

When Eastlink decided to no longer carry my favorite channels, I cancelled my
services with them. At the time, I also had my home phone with them. I cancelled June 2023 and to this day, if anyone calls what used to be my home phone number, they get a msg saying the customer is not available, try again later! What I'm no longer a customer and this is misleading for anyone who actually tries that number. Should it not say, this number is no longer in use?

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I lost most of my favorite channels this year and my bill has gone up twice this year. Internet is not good either. I dare you to try and talk to anyone there cause you just sit on hold forever. You can’t even in live chat with anyone. You sit on hold there too. Worst company. Don’t sign up. Far too frustrating. I guess I will have to find an office and go in person to get rid of my service

I have not started using their service yet but I already had a terrible experience! Changing our installation date in a very last minute without letting us know beforehand is very incovenient! We had booked off from work just for the appointment and now this? And now because of this we have to book off from work AGAIN and pay the installation fee for our home security since we have to move the date as well! Giving us a $40 credit does not help! If only I could keep my Telus to our new place I would. I would mot recommend Eastlink!

My internet was working good for about a year, now my devices lose connection every couple hours. I have called eastlinks IT 5 times now and they tell me every time to just cycle the power to the router and eero. It's clearly not fixing the problem because it keeps happening. I'm considering switching to starlink, this has been very annoying!
