False advertisement! the picture on the website did not look like the product i received. the closure is full of fly aways. it was a three part closure and its look like its missing hair in all sections. I bought hair from her mulitple times before and I am disappointed in this. here is a pic of what i bought and what I got. DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM HERE!

Im in love with this hair!! Amazing quality and the hair lasts so long!! I’ve being using the same hair and coming to Elegance Authentics consistently for the past 4 years and she has never let me down. The owner is really patient and helpful when Im being indecisive about which hair to buy too. I literally only get my weave/wigs/hair products from her, I recommended it to all my girlies! Every experience ive had with her has been great. The great customer service matches the great hair quality!! Definitely my go-to spot.

The best quality hair. I've been purchasing from them for 7 years now and I I never disappointed. The hair lasts 2-3 years it's a great investment. You can conveniently get a wig made on site too! Great customer service.

i just bought this hair seems to live up to the expectations of great quality. Have friends and family who been wearing this hair for years without replacing. So I saved up to try myself but for the money I wish the store owner could be a lot more friendly and helpful. Asking about her products she wants to give little to no advice simply and rudely saying oh “well I sell it” whatever that means. 500 or more dollars is not easy to come by she needs to have more respect to her customers.

Great hair horrible customer service. The hair itself I would give 4 1/2 stars because the curly hair I had gotten from her was amazining. Only thing about it was the curl pattern of the 12inch did not match the 14inch curl pattern. As for her customer service, it is horrible. Her attitude sucks. And it honestly depends on which day you get her. My first experience with her was great... My other 3 experiences after were horrible. Haven’t been back to order from her just because of her attitude. Would rather take a chance with aliexpress hair then give money to a woman who does bot value her customers.

I purchased hair from this company March 4, 2020, the Brazilian wavy 16", 14", 12" and 10" closure this cost $435, I then paid to have it installed a few days later $180. The hair was defective. In less than a week the 16" and 14" began to tangle severely. I was detangling it hourly and it still wasn't effective. The hair would group together like one large dreadlocks. I tried washing the hair which made the situation worst. I contacted the company 2 weeks after the purchase explaining what was happening. I was told by the company that they have no complaints or problems with their hair because the hair is checked. There was absolutely something wrong with the hair I was sold. I invested $615 in the process and had to remove the hair in less than two weeks and can not use that hair again. I could have purchased a $20 pack of weave and still have it in my head. The company did not even acknowledge that they sold me a defective product and was not willing to do anything about it. I'm not the complaining type however I don't believe that they should get away with this. Respectfully
