I am so grateful to have been referred to Elisa by my physiotherapist. I had been experiencing significant foot pain from plantar fasciitis and had to greatly reduce my active lifestyle. Elisa's custom built orthotics, combined with arch strengthening exercises she gave me and treatments by my physio have healed me. I have been 3 years in my orthotics and they still keep me pain free. For anyone considering orthotics, I highly recommend Elisa - she is a skilled, professional and effective pedorthist.

I had a nagging foot injury (avulsion fracture) that I was unable to treat under the care of several different doctors. This lasted for almost a year. Arriving at Elisa's office quite frustrated with my injury, I was elated with my experience there. Elisa took her time understanding the nuances of my injury and was able to provide stretches/exercises that helped my injury so much, that I felt like I didn't even need the orthotics! Once the orthotics came, it brought my recovery to the next level and I have now avoided surgery as a result of my progress with Elisa. Many thanks!!

I first met Elisa last year when I needed new orthotics. Her assessment of my condition was thorough and professional. Elisa is friendly, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Elisa’s assessment skills are superb and she provides excellent customer service. I’m very pleased with my new orthotics. Elisa was recommended to me as for an independent reassessment of ill fitting orthotics created by a another provider. After struggling with years of bunion pain and a recently a stress fracture, I went to see Elisa after being referred by a Sports Medicine physician. As a lifelong runner, I was a hesitant about orthotics, but they have been amazing. Within 3 months of wearing my new orthotics I am now running with no foot pain and recently PR'd my 5k and 10k run time! Elisa is exceptionally patient and she worked with me to customize the orthotics to make sure that they felt perfect. She is now making custom orthotics for my cycling shoes. Elisa has provided me with fantastic advice on footwear and exercises to strengthen my feet. I would highly recommend Elisa...it is worth a visit to at least explore what options there might be for you - S.K.
