The rentals are great. The service? Lackluster at best. The old guy working The yard should seriously consider staying home and caring for his grandkids or something. On second thought, perhaps not. They will dislike him after a few short hours.
I guess, if you are stuck and need a tool right away, and live close to elmvale.. go for it. If you can wait, call Stephensons in barrie. Or even rona in midland.

The 2 mo old snowblower I bought from HD refused to go forward in any of the 6speeds during one of the biggest snowfalls we had this winter. Took it back to HD only to find they don't repair, they only sell them. Went to a local repair in Midland but they said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. So I drove to Georgian Edge Equipment in Perkinsfield and walked in unannounced and met Zach and his chocolate lab Remy. They were both very friendly and Zach wheeled my machine in, flipped it upside down and quickly started removing nuts and bolts and had the bottom unit apart in a matter of minutes while Remy and and I watched. Apparently my unit had a part missing! Zach was able to make do with a part the he had that was close but not perfect but I was able to do my driveway and my kids. Thank you so much Zach for your help and to Remy for your company and emotional support! I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly. I just had questions, but the mechanic there was very helpful and didn't rush me. Also, they have a menu for their equipment and pricing. Very useful, not sure why other places don't do that.

Excellent prices and the front desk lady is extremely easy to deal with and friendly. I’ve rented from a few different places an this one is definitely the best hands down!! Will be highly recommending them to other contractors I know

I had a situation whereby I rented a 5 ton mini excavator. There was a hydraulic leak and I thought I possibly damaged something. Most of the fluid leaked out. The owner, Chris Henderson indicated that his shop would have to check it out. I understood that I would have been responsible for it had it been my error. Luckily the mechanic called and it was simply a loose connection and that I didn't break or owe anything. When I reviewed my credit card statement it was higher than what I thought it would be by about $100-$150. There was a charge for hydraulic fluid as well as stepping into the next full day for the hours I put on the machine. It was a communication error and I thought I would only pay for the 2 hours I exceeded the allotted time for. After reviewing the invoice with Chris, he offered a credit towards my next rental someday. I was pleased with that and glad he handled it so well. I will definitely recommend them and continue to give them my business. Thanks, Chris.

Amazing place to rent from. My company rents from here on a regular basis and we prefer them from anyone is the area. That being said, reading other reviews, if you don’t know how to operate the tool you’re renting, or have minimal experience, maybe hire a professional instead.

Rented a chain saw for 2 hours chain came off hit my brother in the leg. Took chain saw back and the lady was trying to blame me for chain coming off then made me pay extra money to replace 2 bolts off it. Customer service is horrible. I would never go back there again and neither should you. I give this place zero stars
