The staff here is absolutely amazing—so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! I had Lynda and the service was top-notch from start to finish. I received the NAD+ Drip and had an incredible experience—everything was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. I felt fantastic afterward! This place truly goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and rejuvenating visit. 10/10, highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments.

Awesome experience for my first time cold plunging indoors. Way more controlled and comfortable than doing go outdoors in nature. 20 min session in total for $25 (shout out for the trial coupon) max 10 mins in the water so as to avoid harm. You can request the temperature for the tub beforehand. Wish I had done so my self as I wasn’t ready for how cold that was. P.S. They legit seemed to have everything you could think of related to wellness in one spot. Super friendly staff/front desk too.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Also, Lynda did an amazing job! She was kind, supportive, and she really knew her stuff. She made taking the IV drips an easy and relaxing experience.

I highly recommend checking out Elysian for your next treatment.

In desperate need of a physiotherapist I called Elysian Wellness. Makenna, the very pleasant and efficient receptionist, arranged an appointment for me with Mike that same day. Mike’s extensive experience in human kinetics/physiotherapy was apparent as he was able to find the source of my pain quickly. I found Mike to be a personable and professional individual who cares about his clients. If you require a physiotherapist I highly recommend Mike. You won’t be disappointed.

Elysian is truly an overall exceptional wellness center! Sara the dietitian changed my life. Her meal plan, treatments, and lifestyle changes genuinely helped me become the best version of myself. The massage therapists are incredible as well. If you're looking to improve your well-being & health holistically, Elysian is definitely the place to go!

I had a great massage with Hayley today. She was professional and pleasant to chat with during treatment. The room was clean and tidy, and the entrance to the building was bright and inviting. I was also treated previously by Brooke and she was amazing as well. I highly recommend both of them!
