What a nightmare, walked in to parts, as I started to explain what I was looking for, the parts person( and I wouldn’t call them a person ) cut me off and said they didn’t offer any part’s for the the product I installed. Ha ha I wasn’t looking for any replacement parts, only a solution and recommendation. Before I could finish he was not even interested in hearing what I was looking for. I left and went to Lowe’s to get real customer service. All I needed was a simple dual outlet tee. Guess where I’m going to spend my next 10k on my bath Reno……. Not Emco Brantfor . Good luck with employees like that .

I have been meaning to do this review for a couple months but had not had the time. Went in to EMCO with two parts in hand. Didn't really know what I was looking for. The expertise of Rick Jozwiak eased my mind and he found me exactly the parts that I needed without me having to chase all over town looking for them from other suppliers. He said, "I know exactly what you are looking for". 5 minutes later he was out from the warehouse with parts in hand. Also scored an awesome Milwaukee T shirt for $10 for my husband! Thanks Rick!

My "go to" wholesale. I've been coming here for years as an employee for another company, and when I started my own company I continued. I've been treated with the same respect as one of the big guys even though I'm not, and I have a great relationship with everyone that works there. Even through the shortages of stock caused by the pandemic, and their their staff shortage, everyone there has done everything they can to do their job including working late to get out pricing, searching for much needed stock and finding solutions when in a pinch.

needed a faucet to garden hose adaptor only a $6 piece ,but was still helped like a was buying $500 piece. It worked charm and I was happy. GOOD ON YOU SIR GOOD ON YOU

Can't speak for beginners, but they're great for DIYers that knows what they want. Many wholesalers aren't.

I get my Wirsbo or Rahau part numbers ready before I go there and everything goes smooth.

I will never buy big-box-store PEX-B after using (RAHAU) PEX-A from these guys. .

Horrible customer service!
I was sent to EMCO by an employee at another store (because they didn't have the item I needed).
An employee allowed a customer to go in front of me and another customer, without waiting in line. When it was my turn, the same employee made several phone calls instead of helping me. While I waited for him to get off the phone, a new customer was about to be helped by the 2nd employee. I spoke up and said that I was next. The 1st employee finally served me and rudely told me that they don't sell that brand in their store.
