Kristen & Trixia were very patient and helpful in explaining the nuanced differences between the Trane furnaces. Felt like the what they shared was both competent and balanced. The easy thing to do was to point me in the direction of a retailer, they took the time to answer all the questions and then some. A bright spot in the day to be sure.

Went in to purchase a replacement item and with 8-10 people in the front service area, no one seemed very interestd in helping me. An older gentleman came to ask if I needed help after a few minutes and did his best to find what I needed but had some trouble pinpointing it and that's when he became a bit frustrated and started to belittle me and was condesending toward me when I could not answer certain questions. After finding out I was not a sevice tech, I was treated like a village idiot. I even smiled at someone on the phone and with a cold stare, they looked away. Real nice. I am there to give them my hard earned money so they stay in buisness and keep their job and they can't even acknowledge me. When I left and got back in my car, I had to give my head a shake and ask myself what just happened. This place needs a complete overhaul on customer service. Will never go back in my lifetime and will tell everyone I know how I was treated there.

I am sure these guys are professional and know what they are doing. Disappointed with their behavior in person and over the phone. Talked in a very rude tone and not approachable at all. The least they can realize is that they are also talking to a human at the other end and not a robot so help them solve their problem in a nice and friendly manner instead of being disrespectful.

Justin is the sales rep I dealt with. He explained, clearly, the differences between equipment I was interested in purchasing for my specific needs. If he didn't have an answer, he put me on hold and found the correct answer. Justin also price matched the cost of this equipment to another place selling the same unit. It was appreciated, and buying locally is always better.
