5 Stars – Absolutely Thrilled with the Results!

We recently worked with End Of The Roll for our home renovation, and we couldn’t be happier! The team was professional, helpful, and guided us to the perfect flooring choices for each space.

Our main living area, which features a fireplace and TV entertainment setup, looks incredible with the new carpet cozy, stylish, and high-quality. Both bedrooms and closets were also completed with matching carpet, and they feel warm and inviting.

We also had vinyl plank installed on the stairway leading down to the mechanical room and bathroom. It looks modern and is super durable, exactly what we needed for that space.

Installation was quick, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. The installers were fantastic and clearly took pride in their work. End Of The Roll exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend them!

I just bought a remnant piece of linoleum. Then decided it wasn’t the right colour and pattern. It was an easy exchange when I went back to try and find a better match to my existing flooring. The fellow was very friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in the door. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very poor customer service for example try to explain got three different quotes. Final quote was $1200 more than expected. Tried to talk and find out why it was more expensive in the third quote granted it was a couple years for the first quote but then only three months Prior to today’s quote And got the answerIt is what it is, sir attitude!!!

Pretty much wouldn’t even let you finish having your conversation and just cutting you off and keeps talking With this bad attitude That’s pretty bad when a customer is trying To explain the difference in two quotes in a couple of months and we’re talking $1200 I don’t know what they think by acting like that but Hard to get someone’s business like that and this is straight coming from the manager so I guess they don’t need everyone business when they act like that sad Was looking forward to getting my carpet installed

Well, that’s my experience just a regular Customer!

The only one that was being disrespected was me for calling them out for an extra $1200 charge when I went back to the store try and resolve and to get my carpet that I was looking forward to getting they called me out again on this Review then, I got more attitude and disrespected because I’m calling them out on their bad attitude and how they were being so disrespectful and then they turned it around on me trying to make the customer look bad but the way they treated me. I think by responding by calling the cops and kicking me out of the store and pretty much banning me from end of the role in Canada and I’ll be trespassing it’s got to be the most childish thing I’ve ever seen in my life for someone looking to buy carpet for my home Personally I think Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life if they want to put the blame on me for picking up for myself and not tolerating their behaviour and trying to say I was physical and abusing them is lies because it seems like the manager was very hard to understand Englishif that’s not the most Disrespect And worst customer service I don’t know what is it’s funny because There’s 4 Carpet places in town and I didn’t have any trouble with them Great customer service and I told them About my experience with end of the role!
