We like to use the oval walking track at the arena for safe exercise in the wintertime. Nice rubber matt material that is easy for my wife to walk on.
Just don't go when the Zamboni operator spends the day scraping and renewing the ice. CO levels and exhaust fumes are high and acrid then. Not enough ventilation . Bet the operator half poisons himself every time.

Well maintained and very clean.
Friendly staff and good prices for to rent.
There is frequently activities going on here especially during the winter months.
The community gym is also located (day passes available) in here as well as a large hall upstairs which is elevator accessible.
I believe there are 7 changerooms all together and 2 public washrooms.
Indoors around the rink is a walking track which is free of charge to use .

For a small town, these facilities are great. You can tell the great pride the townspeople take in their home, and it shows by the state of their public recreation center. Clean, efficient, and cozy. Lovely town.

Love the workout facility upstairs. I use the walking track, LOVE IT!!! Dress warm tho, very cold.

It's alright but they stopped getting in foods for my diet and when I asked they said they would try to get it in. That was well over a year ago. I do my main shopping in New liskeard prices are cheaper and you can find what you want
