The thing I appreciate most about being a patient of Dr.Torres (for 10 years now) is that he always has treated and talked to me as an equal. He takes the time to listen and asks the right questions. He has excellent staff like Karen working with him. I have always had a great experience at this practice.

If I could give zero stars I would *sigh*. We loved this office when Bart was there, he dealt with all our appointments. It became pretty clear, pretty quickly, after Bart left that we were going to have to find a new dr.

If you need a prescription refilled, may God be with you (because it never happens).

Dr Enrique Torres is a very good doctor. Staff is friendly and helpfull.
Everyone needs to remember that we have a shortage of doctors in Canada and we will not get fast service anywhere.

You're best off getting a new doctor. This guy is impossible to even contact. He even has a reputation in town for not getting back calls, not refilling prescription, etc. I've been waiting almost 3 years (yes 3) for his to put a referral for a surgery that I need. Go on rate my doctor website and you can see all the bad reviews, if he doesn't want to be a doctor he just quit. Now me and many others are left without a doctor or even a prescription, etc all because of this doctors unprofessionalism.

I was kindly received without an appointment and was squeezed in for an excruciating ear infection. All staff were so kind and Dr Torres even followed up with several medical needs and referrals for health prevention programs. Even being squeezed in, I wasn’t rushed out the door in any way. I was so grateful for the care I received. Lovely team.

This dr office is incredibly unprofessional when it comes to their patients medication. Refills are not being done in a timely manner. If you depend on regular NEEDED medication refills I would Not suggest this practice. I have had to call multiple times, and have multiple faxes sent to this office for my refills. Every time. I have also had to go DAYS without my medications, that are necessary to my daily life. They are irresponsible, and I will be filling a complaint. I will be doing whatever else I can, to make sure this doesn't continue to happen to myself, and I'm sure many other patients who need their medication to function. I personally love dr Torres but his employees (RN, Reception etc) are not helpful or understanding. Very disappointed and will be looking for a new dr for my family and myself.

Worst doctor I have ever had in 33 years of existence. Staff rarely returns call, extremely unorganised. Had to call numerous times for prescription to be sent to Pharmacy, which was then sent with missing information. Does not follow up on patients. Requested to see surgeon two months ago and still no call back. Had to un-register from his list of patients. Avoid at all costs. Does not care about your health, time to retire.
