My experience here was great! The receptionist staff was really nice and the doctor I saw was kind and professional. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment and didn't feel rushed while I was talking with the doctor. You can tell the staff really care about their patients!

My experience yesterday was excellent! From calling to make a same day appointment for my son, to the friendly front desk staff, to the thorough and kind Dr. The clinic was immaculate (seriously) and we were in an out within 15 minutes. This clinic will be the ONLY one I come to when a walk-in appointment is needed.

Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Waldron, has been an attentive, thorough, patient, and empathetic health practitioner. She is on time for our appointments and takes the time to discuss my concerns. The hours of service are convenient and Saturday appointments are available. The front staff are friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy to finally have a primary care practitioner after 3+ yrs without a doctor.

** STAY AWAY FROM DR. AZAR**

I went to see Dr. Azer for an appointment after getting a referral from my Family Doctor. Though the front desk ladies were super nice, this doctor was horrible. Late to my scheduled appointment? Fine, that is just our health system I guess. But I did not sign up for a doctor that was completely unprofessional.

The appointment was HORRIBLE. He doesn't sit in the room, doesn't ask about anything and completely pushes aside any concerns saying they are not relevant. He diminished my diagnosis saying that I did not have it without even discussing anything about my health records. He had ZERO respect for me as a patient, by the end he had grabbed his phone and started texting before he left the appointment.

Google this doctor, there are HUNDREDS of horrid reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

Im so happy to have Dr Woytuck as my family doctor. He's amazing and attentive. It took a long time to find a family doctor in Alberta but I really lucked out. I feel like the team genuinely cares about my health, my concerns are addressed and I couldn't be happier.

Reception is always friendly, quick, courteous. All the ladies working the desk are lovely.

The clinic is modern, new, clean and comfortable.

Would give 6/5 if I could.

The clinic itself has a warm, welcoming environment with friendly, knowledgeable front-end staff who make check-in smooth and pleasant. However, my experience was mixed. Dr. U was exceptional—empathetic, upbeat, and honest. She truly listened and offered compassionate, straightforward care that made me feel heard and supported. In contrast, Dr. Azer was dismissive, arrogant, and physically standoffish. He appeared uninterested in what I had to say, clearly forming his opinions before even hearing me out. While I highly recommend Dr. U and appreciate the overall atmosphere of the clinic, my experience with Dr. Azer left me feeling disappointed and disregarded.

My review is based solely on my experience with Dr. Ejezie and not reflective of the clinic staff. Unfortunately Dr. E does not have a rate MD for me to see if my experience was unique or not. I did not find that he was capable of listening, or accurately reporting my medical history which is something that will be a part of my legal medical record. My experience was also that he did not bother to read my previous medical records, a bare minimum when seeing a provider of any specialty. If you have other options I suggest you consider them.
