Tres pauvre service jusqua parce que mon ecrir etait francais il ma refuser car il ne comprennais pas ma demande!!!! Une raison tres stupide!!!

Not happy at all, my daughter had an ear infection and they were not willing to prescribe antibiotics. We were sent to the ER to wait there with a 3 year old. Well, we had no other options, since we only have a walk in clinic 1 day out of the week, we have sat in the ER for hours and got the antibiotics prescription. Now I am wondering how many more virus we brought home from the ER. I have tried to use this service multiple times and I got real help 1 time only. The rest of them I was told that to wait it out and then I ended up with the kid in the ER for antibiotics. What a waste of time.

I received a consult quickly for my daughter and had great response time on my technical support questions. Impressed. You need to ensure your NB medicare is attached to your profile and then there is no charge for the service. I did pay but then got reimbursed quickly. Thankful for this service it saved me hours of time.

A doctor refused to give my daughter the antibiotics she needed for strep, made some idiotic diagnosis and said she needed emergency care, as if me her mother wouldn't know an emergency when she seen one. So I told him he's useless to me and that strep can be serious if not treated... I guess I hurt his feelings and he told someone I was abusive and now I'm denied to use this care for me and my daughter LOL this world is soft and I was being denied care of course i was upset !!! Where I'm from emergency is a 24 hour wait time ... and that's why we have e visit . The government of nb is falling apart and it's actually scary and quite honestly disgusting!! Zero compassion what so ever or understanding of the stressful situation this doctor put me in... DO BETTER !!!! MY TAX DOLLARS ARE BEING WASTED

Just learned of this service yesterday. Made an account added Medicare and got the the last step,it said pairing. I wasn't sure if I missed a step but 3 hours later we received a text and my husband was able to get a prescription a sinus infection. Great service was able to stay home and receive great care, will use again for sure.

Used this twice for simple infections for my child and both times had a fantastic experience. Amazing new service for NB keeping sick kids out of of the ER and walk in clinics, keeping those for conditions that require an in person visit.

For the past five years, I've had a doctor for short increments only to lose them. This service has helped me in these gaps many times. I saw a Nurse Practitioner most recently in December that diagnosed influenza A, and recommended a follow up exam at the hospital to determine if it was progressing to bronchitis. I did and when the ER found out I had been through the evisitNB process, I got the care I needed as it had progressed to bronchitis like she suspected.

I've used this for my daughter as well when her acid reflux reoccurred, they set us up with a prescription and my daughter was much better in no time as well.
I'm thankful for this resource while we wait to get a new family doctor.

Last week I logged on to get care several times over three days only to have a msg pop up that basically said 'Sorry we're too busy try again later'. On the third day I was able to submit the request and while I waited most of the day I did eventually get paired with someone. Like most Dr. appointments these are just as rushed and I often feel like I am being shown the virtual door within a few seconds. That being said...there is literally no other option for medical care besides waiting 20 hours in emerg so...at least it is available even if it takes a few days. I do appreciate the Dr's and nurses that are taking the time to do this tho. I don't know what we'd do without them having taken on this extra work. Also the app is bare bones and very easy to navigate. Not sure what some other reviews are talking about tbh.
