I feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Rasha Issa as my family doctor. She is an exceptional listener who takes the time to understand every concern, no matter how small, and always provides thoughtful, thorough care. Her attention to detail is remarkable, and I never feel rushed during appointments. What truly sets her apart is her excellent follow-up, ensuring that me and my family are always on track with our health and receiving the best care possible. Dr. Issa’s dedication and commitment make her stand out as a healthcare professional, and I couldn't be happier with the care she provides. Highly recommended!.. Reception and nurses are also very nice and welcoming 😊

It has been over 40 minutes and I am still waiting for my first appointment but I'm desperate for medical help so I'm still here.

In ANY other industry, being late to your scheduled appointments is considered disrespectful and will kill your business.

Who says to a patients how many concerns do you have I have a meeting and many other patients waiting after I already waited a whole 30 minutes late after my appt. When I mention SOME not all of my concerns she replies you have to book another appointment to go over them. THEN! Does not leave the chair to examine my concerns and wants to send me home with a prescription. I'd be careful waking in to this clinic or stay away from DR Jennifer Mackinnon. A rush to get you in and out it's a money grab and unprofessional to overbook in such a concerning profession. I will not be returning back.

I've been seeing Dr Tikriti for 6-7 years, I followed him when he moved clinics. He is hands down the best doctor I've had in my life. He is very caring, intelligent and extremely knowledgeable. The nurses Trish and Laura are patient and kind, they always take the time to listen to my concerns. Penny I've known longer than Dr Tikriti, she's so helpful, compassionate and has the patience of a saint.
I truly appreciate all of them. Penny and Dr Tikriti have helped me through some of the toughest times of my life and so much better because of them.

I've given 3 stars because so far the Dr seems good and I'm happy with all the new suggestions and treatment options. The way the clinic is ran is accurate based on all the other reviews. It's sad to see years of bad reviews and nothing changing.

I asked for a referral to be sent to a different clinic so I could get an appointment in 2 weeks vs 2 months (they were holding the appointment for me). I called in 3x over the course of a week to have it faxed over and they kept saying it was "sent". My clinic checked every machine and recieved nothing till over a week later and ofcourse at that time the appointment slot was gone. The people on the main line don't like pulling up any of your stuff if you're in the "speciality clinic" even though the speciality clinic either never answers the phone or puts you on hold for an extended period of time

I received a prescription yesterday in the afternoon and the pharmacy recieved nothing. Called pharmacy again today and they don't have anything and checked the entire store. Called Excel health and they said it was sent over yesterday. I explained they don't have anything and they said they'd send it again (eventually they got it days later).

While I was waiting to check in there was a man upset at something during the check-in process. By time I checked in another lady had gotten up and asked how much longer as she had already been waiting over an hour and was visibly frustrated and said this happened everytime she came in to everyone in the waiting area.

The front end staff are totally incompetent and are not customer oriented (hate to say it but it's true). They seemed pissed off that they have to lift a finger to do anything. It's extremely disappointing that people with so much education can allow their clinic to be run in such a horrible manner. I understand the medical field is difficult these days but I really think they need to bring in a business /operations consultant to optimize all of their systems and provide better training for staff

Due to the heavy blizzard and insane traffic caused by the blizzard, i was 30mins late for my appointment. To my biggest surprise i was told to pay $250 to reschedule. I tried explaining to the receptionist that my coming late was clearly due to a situation beyond anyones control. All my explanation fell on deaf ears. Never in my life have i witnessed such brazen lack of empathy. Would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy

Nice, modern and clean clinic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Efficient online booking system. The wait time was a little long but it was a walk in Sunday appointment so it's understandable. I came here because of the good reviews and I'm adding my positive review. Definitely coming back.
