I had an amazing experience with the fabricare facility in Bracebridge! The facility is so clean and well kept, the machines do a fantastic job at cleaning your laundry and the dryers work great to! I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful woman named Jane! She assisted me with the whole process of taking care of all my laundry. If you ever use this location make sure you ask for Jane she will make sure all your laundry needs are taken care of!

Thank you again for your help I’ll be back to get more laundry done!

On Saturday evening, I washed 2 winter jackets in my own machine at home. Unfortunately, there was a problem and the spin cycle didn't work. I ran it a 2nd time, thinking it was a glitch, but unfortunately I got the same result. Sunday morning, I took the soaking wet jackets to our local Fabricare in Bracebridge. I spoke to staff member, Jane, and told her what happened and that I was going to wash them again so I could get the water spun out. She said oh no, no need to wash them again - I can help you with that!! She put them in a vacant machine and just set it to spin for 7 minutes. I was enormously grateful to her for helping me out and saving me time. Jane is a wonderful example of the great customer service that is provided at the Bracebridge Fabricare, and one of the reasons we keep coming back. Thank you, Jane!!

Absolutely thrilled with how well my couch slip cover came out. Denise, you are a miracle worker! Some how you were able to get my white couch cover back to its original state. My experience with Fabric Care was amazing from start to finish. You have earned a forever customer!

Amazing service! Dropped off garbage bags of cloths I had no time to wash. Came back two days later to all my stuff cleaned, folded and they even took the time to bag the money, lighter, and rewards card I had left in my pockets!
Sara was such a pleasure to deal with, never without a smile and so cheerful and positive!
